Featuring two bedrooms (with 160 cm, 140 cm, and 90 cm beds), two shower rooms, two toilets, a spacious living area, and a terrace with a beautiful sea view just 100 meters away, our accommodation is fully equipped for a friendly and relaxing stay, perfect for enjoying time around the barbecue. Rated as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, it guarantees optimal comfort, and someone will always be available to assist you if needed. Please note, however, that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to a slight slope and a few steps required for access. Small shops and supermarkets in the town center are just 500 meters away, and larger supermarkets are only a 5-minute drive.

Mancinu beach and its beach club offer a wide range of exciting water activities, whether supervised or independent, for all ages and preferences—from pedal boats and sailing to flyboarding, diving, and jet skiing. You can also enjoy boat trips from the harbor, relax in the sulfur baths of Baracci or Caldane, or simply unwind in the coves along Propriano’s wild coastline. Just a 1.5-hour drive away, don’t miss the famous town of Bonifacio, with a stop at the Lion of Roccapina along the way.

Nous avons 51 et 53 ans Le moins Logement pas propre, évier bouché, toiles d’araignées un peu partout. On a acheté du produit pour déboucher, un torchon vaisselle, un tapis de douche On a balayé 2 jours après notre arrivée, dans les balayures il y avait des ongles coupés qui nous appartenait pas sous le sofa Le logement sent fort l’humidité, mauvaise odeurPas de torchons vaisselle, draps de lit en kit papier, le dessus de lit qui sert de couverture était taché. Bref niveau propreté c’est pas ça … Literie pas bonne on a tourné le matelas mais rien à fait , mal de dos tous les matins La plage est à 10 min à pieds et ça grimpe pour le retour pas tout le monde qui peut le faire à piedsIdem pour la ville 15 min à pieds 300 m c’est à vol d’oiseau Vu mer quand on est debout mais ds l’appartement ou terrasse une fois assis on voit pas la mer Place de parking difficile d’accès, il faut un SUV sinon ça touche et très étroit. Il faut bien savoir manœuvrer Propriano on a bien aimé, bon séjour mais dans ce logement 6 nuits nous on suffit Nous reviendrons mais pas dans ce logement Beaucoup de moustiques oubliez pas votre produit et une prise si vous avez, nous on en a acheté une Le PlusL’accueil fut bon, on a pu avoir le logement avant l’heure c’est le point positif

Sehr nette Gastgeber, wir bekamen sogar reichlich Trauben aus hauseigener Ernte geschenkt! Die Wohnung ist recht einfach, aber riesengroß, ebenso die herrliche Terasse. Leider sieht man die sensationelle Aussicht auf Meer und Bucht vom Schlafzimmer und Terrasse aus nur im Stehen, weil sonst eine dichte hohe Hecke den Blick versperrt. Die Bettwäsche besteht leider nur aus etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigem Einweg-Vlies.Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, der sehr schöne Strand mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen ist auch in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, etwas weiter dann auch Bäckerei und sehr gute Restaurants am Meer/Hafen.

Ferienwohnung hat nur ein Schlafzimmer . Zweites Zimmer sollte man eigentlich nicht als Zimmer bezeichnen sondern Abstellkammer. Am schlimmsten fand ich dass wir keine richtige Bettwäsche bekommen haben sondern einmal Artikel aus Kunstfaser. In der Wohnung war keine Klimaanlage. In Verbindung mit dieser Bettwäsche konnte man überhaupt nicht schlafen.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce petit appartement avec sa terrasse privée. Il est bien situé et permet de faire bcp d activités autour et en voiture. Petit bémol l absence de fenêtre dans l une des chambres et le manque de linge de ménage torchon et tapis de bain. Peut être lié à u Covid.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Région splendide. Maison très bien située dans un environnement calme tout en étant assez proche du centre et des plages (10 min). Vue superbe sur le golfe. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui étaient présents à la même époque. Encore merci pour la délicieuse confiture de figues.

Notre séjour à Propriano

Tel qu'il en a été la première fois en 2012, ce séjour de trois semaines nous a paru être de trois jours. Nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer. Charmant accueil de la part de propriétaires attentionnés. Logement spacieux où rien ne manque et qui correspond parfaitement à la description initiale. Une vue toujours aussi belle et impressionnante sur le golfe de Valinco. Le soir, dîner devant le coucher du soleil. Que du bonheur !!!
