Agarrus Rentals welcomes you in this large house located 4km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence in the exclusive and tranquil area of the city known as Pinchinats.

We look forward to welcoming you to Agarrus, but please note that no parties, bachelor/bachelorette groups or similar celebrations or groups are permitted.

The Space

The 300m² house is found within elevated grounds of 7,000m² which include a very large terrace overlooking the heated swimming pool, a pétanque pitch and a putting area; also included is ample parking within the property accessed through a security gate.

Inside there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and an extensive living/kitchen/dining area surrounded by veranda windows which open on to the terracing on two sides of the house.

Guest Access

The whole of the property is available with the exception of the first floor which remains locked and unoccupied during rentals.

For those guests with reduced mobility and/or requiring the use of a wheelchair, please be aware that within the living/kitchen/dining area there are 3 steps and outside 3 further steps leading down to the swimming pool from the upper terrace.

Guests are provided with a short guide to Aix-en-Provence, highlighting the locations of the best restaurants, bakers and shops in the surrounding area as well as how to get to them together with other not to be missed attractions.

Agarrus is located within walking distance of a Michelin starred restaurant and its associated bistro (https://chateaudelagaude.com/en) and a horse riding centre.

In order to reach the city centre from Agarrus you will need a vehicle.

The property is located 20km from the Aix-en-Provence TGV railway station, 4km from the city centre train station of Aix-en-Provence, 30km from Marseille-Provence airport, a 30km drive from Marseille or Cassis and 60km from Avignon and Arles.

The French owner speaks fluent English and is happy to communicate both in French and English.
