Superbe séjour à St Briac

Même su le temps a été mitigé, c'est toujours un bonheur de profiter de St Briac et de ses environs. La maison est parfaitement située, très agréable à vivre dans un endroit hyper calme de St Briac tout en restant proche du bourg. Ballade le long du Frémur vaut le détour. Accueil des gérants très agréable. Nous reproduirons l'expérience.

Maison très agréable et bien équipée. 2 Salles de bain dans les étages très bien. Bonne literie. On a pu de garer chaque jour à proximité. Très bon contact. Fémur à 2 pas en 2 mns très sympa pour les ballades. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Prachtig vissershuis aan zee

Heerlijke en goed gelegen vakantiewoning op loopafstand van het plaatsje st. Brian. Alles is in de woning aanwezig van CD speler tot stort douche. Wij hebben prachtig weer gehad maar mocht je een keer minder weer hebben is dit ook een fijn huis om te verblijven. Vanuit de slaapkamers zicht op zee en met een aparte tuin waar je heerlijk kunt loungen en BBQ-en. Toplocatie!

Un séjour de rêve pour famille dans une maison remplie de détails délicats, excellents lits, décor intérieur gai, plein de bons livres et jeux... Le jardin et la remise sont parfaits. Seul point négatif un wifi qui ne fonctionne pas... Merci

Maison très chaleureuse, confortable et parfaite pour notre famille avec adolescents ! La cuisine est pratique et spacieuse, la décoration et l'aménagement sont modernes et lumineux. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'excellent accueil par le gérant. Nous reviendrons certainement un jour !

Une maison de rêve dans un havre de paix

Très joli séjour l'été dernier dans cette maison confortable, équipée à merveille et très accueillante. Nous avons été séduits d'entrée par la cuisine dont l'équipement a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Les chambres sont très agréables aussi, le salon avec une table à manger ensoleillée tous les matins était un véritable plaisir quotidien lors de ses vacances. L'accueil a été formidable et dès qu'on a eu un petit souci technique avec le chauffe-eau, malgré le jour férié du 15 août, le problème avait été réglé en quelques heures. Le terrain n'est pas attenant à la maison, mais cela n'empêche pas d'en profiter et de faire des vrais petits piqueniques sur l'herbe. Merveilleux!!!

"nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille : le cadre est très agréable et calme. La maison, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée se trouve dans un hameau typique de la région, proche des commerces de Saint Briac ( quel plaisir d''aller à pied acheter le pain frais le matin !!!) et d''une petite plage, idéale avec de jeunes enfants Un grand merci aux sympathiques propriétaires"

"The cottage by the Fremu...

"The cottage by the Fremur river was so sweet. It was clean, well equipped, and friendly. The kitchen was a delight if you like to cook some of your meals rather than eat out. It has all current appliances that are easy to use. The rooms were so clean and the linens were freshly laundered. The bathrooms are spacious for France. The showers had plenty of hot water. The owner is very accomodating and was pleasant to deal with. He had a nearby attendant for all our needs even though we didn't have any problems. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We could walk or ride bikes to the patesserie each morning to get fresh bread and vegetables. The town is lovely. You must eat at the little outdoor beach cafe- it has the best hot dogs ever! Golf nearby at Dinard Golf Club was fun- tee off our a German bunker. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a car ride or bike ride to the center of the town, but we wanted peace and quiet and opted to stay a mile or so outside of village. Recommend this house to anyone.(you have to be able to climb some stairs to bedrooms upstairs)"

"Location trés agréable où nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos cinq enfants agés de 9 à 24 ans. La proximité des plages mais aussi de quelques points d'animation en soirée pour les plus agés en ont fait une location appréciée de tous. De plus cette maison est trés bien équipée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous y reviendrions sans aucun problème."

"Pour les amoureux de la Bretagne qui ne sont pas hostiles à une habitation moins spartiate qu'à l'habitude, voire luxueuse, en particulier par l'équipement et le goût dans la pièce à vivre.. St Briac est très agréable, les plages sont belles, et on peut se rendre facilement à pied dans le centre commerçant de la ville. Nous sommes une famille avec deux jeunes enfants, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette maison."
