3 bedroom villa upstairs, ideally located facing the beach of Courance (practice of bodyboarding and skimboarding), near the village, with its famous beach Monsieur Hulot, where you will also find all the local shops ( pharmacy, bakery, bar, tobacco, restaurants, supermarket We have beautiful walled garden for the safety of children.
