Appartement très bien avec terrasse

Résidence calme et sécurisée mais isolation phonique insuffisant. Possible d'aller a la plage a pied. Besoin de bonnet de bain pour aller a la piscine . L'appartement est très bien équipée, très propre.

Agreable appartement dans belle résidence

Belle résidence très bien entretenue, bien sécurisée et bien située pour les visites, Taormina, Etna et autres... Un appartement très bien équipé, agréable et propre. Belle plage de galet à proximité. Seul point négatif, les routes environnantes semblent à l’abandon, sales ( poubelles qui traînent) et une vitesse excessive mais c’est le cas pour une grande partie de la Sicile!

Nice and well equipped apartment. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The environment was calm, not many people at this time of the year. It was also nice and clean. The owner, Angelo, was very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed, but he waited patiently in the apartement for us. Thank you, Angelo. The apartment is god situated for trips to for example Etna and Taormina.

Smukke omgivelser men meget støj

Angelo's apartment ligger i meget smukke omgivelser ved foden af Etna og strand ca. 500 m derfra. En hyggelig lille ferielejlighed med alt i udstyr. Værten var meget hjælpsom. Det kræver dog bil, da det ligger lidt væk fra alt. Vi valgte uheldigvis at holde ferie samtidig med italienerne i uge 33. Der var meget støj fra en stor højtaler nedenfor lejligheden hver aften den første uge. Nogle dage til langt over midnat. Det var bestemt ikke udlejerens skyld, men vi fik stort set ikke sovet og måtte tage på hotel den første weekend. Ugen efter var der lidt mere ro. Så kan anbefale stedet, men ikke i uge 33 hvor man fejre St. Maria...

Purtroppo la settimana di Ferragosto c’è il pienone con animazione e musica fino a tardi. In qualunque altro periodo dell’anno il residence è molto tranquillo e silenzioso.

molte grazie ai gentilissimi Sig.ri Spadaro che ci hanno accolti e salutati a fine vacanza in modo caloroso. la casa è conforme alla descrizione fataa da Angelo, anche se le attrezzature e le dotazioni sono più di quelle elencate. ottima anche la gestione della struttura e la piscine del residence, il Sig.Giovanni è una persona d'oro! semmai torneremo nella stessa zona ci appoggeremo sicuramente a questa proprietà. Grazie Angelo!

schlechte Infrastruktur, Wohnung OK

Wohnung war eine echte Studentenwohnung: viel Deko, viel Schnickschnack überall, aber es fehlte an wichtigen Dingen wie Frühstückstellern; Schlafsofa total durchgelegen und daher unbenutzbar, wir haben dann 1 Woche auf dem Boden geschlafen; schlechte Infrastruktur: ohne Auto kommt man nicht weg (nächster Supermarkt: 3km, kein Busverkehr); Wohnung sehr hellhörig (man bekommt jeden Toilettengang des Nachbarn mit); im Sommer ist die Residenz wahrscheinlich sehr laut, im Mai waren nur 3-4 Wohnungen belegt; Müllablade direkt vor der Residenz: penetranter Gestank! "Hauseigener" Strand sehr schmutzig! Gute Punkte: Waschmaschine vorhanden; Wohnung im 1. Stock (in den EG-Wohnung wimmelte es von Ameisen!); gut gesichert; Pool, der allerdings erst ab Mitte Juni offen ist; recht zentral gelegen (45 min. nach Catania, 1 Std. zum Ätna, 45 min. nach Taormina)

Family with two very rude kids, as soon as they arrived, they started to jump on the sun-beds with their shoes, the same thing on the beds inside. Despite everything I tried to be nice offering ice cream. The apartment is fully equiped so the madame is a lier, nothing less, everything you need you can find in my apartment. The residence is very quiet in this period, in summer it will be populated and noise as all places in the world where there is the sea. If they want to be isolated so they must stay at home! Anyway before leaving, they told me that they had a great week and that they liked my apartment, so they were very false people. Lastly I found the flat very dirty, for these reasons I discourage everyone from hosting this family of rude.

Sehr saubere, große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.

Der Vermieter Angelo ist freundlich, verbindlich und sehr zuverlässig. Er war 8immer erreibar und antwortete schnell auf e-mails. In der FeWo fehlt nichts außer WIFI. Der mobile Internetzugang ist allerdings gut. Die Küche ist vollständig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Möbel wirken neu. Das Klappsofa ist etwas schwach gefedert und nichts für Erwachsene. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gut. Von der 30 qm Terrasse, die mit Liegen, Stühlen, einem riesigen Sonnenschirm und einem großen Tisch ausgestattet ist, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Etna. Die FeWo liegt außerhalb von Mascalli in einer eingezäunten Anlage mit elektrischem Rolltor als Zugang. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt , es gibt Bänke zum Verweilen und einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz. Es gibt genug Parkplätze. Vor der Residenz verläuft eine 4 spurige Anwohnerstraße, die wenig befahren wird. Hier wird illegal Müll und Sperrmüll abgelegt und nicht entsorgt. Die Via Spiaggia 24 gibt es in Fondachello 2 Mal, das gefiel unserem Navi garnicht. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte FeWo, die wir wieder buchen würden.

La proprietà si trova vicino al mare dentro ad un residence, dotato di cancello automatico, piscina e una fantastica piazzetta centrale. Proprio davanti casa c'è il posto auto assegnato. Stupenda

Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Angelos Eltern empfingen uns freundlich; Angelo selbst war jederzeit per Telefon oder Whatsapp für Fragen erreichbar. (Er erinnerte uns sogar am Tag vor der Abreise an die bevorstehende Zeitumstellung - danke!) . Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage, sehr ruhig und gepflegt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer die Wohnung selbst nutzen: sie ist gemütlich ausgestattet und von Waschpulver über Seife bis zu Gewürzen ist alles vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Séjour très agréable chez Angelo

L'appartement d'Angelo est vraiment très agréable et Angelo et un hôte charment et très prévenant. L'appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé, la literie est très confortable également. Il y a une très belle terrasse donnant sur des palmiers. De plus l'appartement se trouve dans une jolie copropriété entièrement fermée (on a un badge pour ouvrir le portail) , bien fleurie et très propre, il est également très bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites, Syracuse, Catane, Taormine, Raguse, Noto, Piazza Almeria....La plage a proximité est magnifique, c'est une plage de galets mais assez petits et donc pas désagréables, nous y étions en octobre, personne sur la plage, l'eau y était aussi claire que de l'eau de source avec en plus une vue imprenable sur l'Etna. Fondachello est une petite station balnéaire pas très vivante même si on y trouve quand-même quelques petits restaurants sympas et pas trop chers, le seul petit point négatif sont les routes environnantes qui semblent être à l'abandon, mais cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y revenir!

Luxerious apartament in a beautiful condominium with all necessary facilities to feel relaxed.

Angelo's apartment is a high class standard place where one feels like being at home. Everything you need in daily life is there not mentioning the quality and condition. Bedroom is just a place with comfortable twin bed and huge wardrobe. A specious sitting room has a well equiped kitchenette with all facilities one needs to prepare a small dish/drink Angelo is a great host ready to serve with his best help and advise whenever needed. We spent 10 days in 2nd half of September. Weather was extremly good with sun and fresh breeze to feel comfortably. Nice and cosy swimming pool which is in the area of condominium was unfortunatelly closed as fm September 15th. Nevertheless one can enjoy beach instead which is 300 m across the street. Generally the place is quiet and safe at least at that time of season.

Excellent séjour au pied de l'Etna et seulement à 300m de la mer

Un seul regret ; nous avions réservé que 3 jours dans cet appartement. Très reposant, avec une superbe piscine;de plus une très belle plage, traverser la route et prendre un petit chemin ; c'est tout proche à pied Le propriétaire est vraiment super gentil et à l'écoute. Уютные апартаменты, отличное расположение. Закрытая территория. 300 метров до галечного пляжа, чистое море. Идеально если вы будете с автомобилем, в пределах нескольких минут езды десятки магазинов и сотни кафе и ресторанов. Важно - нет кондиционера. Но мне он ни к чему, как и многим .. Замечательные хозяева, вы всегда можете связаться с Анджело и получить совет или помощь.

mooi gelegen appartement tussen zee en etna

een mooi en rustig appartement met alle nodige comfort. prachtig terras met parasol en ligbedden. alles is aanwezig om een vakantie door te brengen. een goede uitvalbasis om mooie uitstappen te doen. leuk is de sleutel van een hekken om via een steegje naar het strand te kunnen. keienstrand maar heel helder water. misschien nog investeren in een airco want het is toch wel super heet in de zomer om er te kunnen slapen. heel vriendelijke huisbaas, stipt en correct.

Schoene Urlaubstage an der Ostkueste

Wir haben insgesamt 12 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, ausreichend Waesche etc. Die Kueche ist bestens ausgestattet und so ist auch das Kochen sehr gut moeglich. Die grosse Terrasse ist gut moebliert (Stuehle, Tisch, 2 Liegen und ein sehr grosser, moderner Sonnenschirm. Der Vermieter und seine Mutter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt, um die Ost und Süd/Ostkueste von Sizilien kennenzulernen. Dafuer war es sehr zentral. Restaurants waren in Fondachello und sonst in Giardini Naxos ausreichend vorhanden. Wir koennen die Wohnung sowie den Vermieter Angelo Spadaro nur weiterempfehlen. Appartement bien sous tous rapports.

Très joli appartement. Idéalement situé dans la résidence. Proche piscine et mer. Très bien équipé, d'une propreté impeccable. Propriétaire sympathique et chaleureux. Résidence géographiquement bien situé pour d'éventuelles escapades sur l'etna, Taormina ou autres..

Sehr schöner Urlaub auf Sizilien

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist umfangreicher ausgestattet als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Residenz ist angenehm - an manchen Abenden gab es gute Live - Musik. Die grosse Pool-Anlage darf leider nur mit Badekappen benutzt werden - die hatten wir leider nicht ... Wir sind rundum zufrieden !! AAA+++

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comforts per una vacanza di tutto relax.Posizione ottimale sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia sia come base per visitare la sicilia ionica.Eccellente anche per la pulizia.Nonostante il caldo di agosto abbiamo dormito bene.
