Pleasant stay in this appartment

We have had a very good stay in this house. It was well equiped, the airco is working very good. So all positive exept for the check-in. We had to ask several times for the check-in details, even when we were already on our way, we didn't know where to go exactly or how to get in. But once checked-in everything was fine.

Die Wohnung war ok, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Warum die schlechte Bewertung?Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war leider von erheblichen Kommunikations- und Organisationsproblemen geprägt. Bereits kurz nach der Anreise stellten wir fest, dass wichtige Informationen nicht transparent in der Beschreibung angegeben waren. Bettlaken und Handtücher waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht vorhanden. Dass dies nicht in der Beschreibung zur Ferienwohnung aufgeführt ist bzw. war, war sehr ungünstig. Ein von mir nicht wahrgenommener, sehr verspäteter Hinweis per Nachricht über FeWo, der einen Tag vor Zahlung des Restbetrags schnell überlesen werden kann und knapp vor Ende der kostenlosen Stornierungsmöglichkeit kam, grenzt an verdeckte Kosten. Naja, Bettlaken und Handtücher wurden uns am zweiten Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war ok. Aber es ging weiter: Die Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Ansprechpartnerin (Chantal) gestaltete sich schwierig:Als wir die nach Schimmel riechende Waschmaschine erst mal auf 90 Grad ohne Kleidung haben laufen lassen, trat Wasser aus. Trotz sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme erhielten wir erst viele Stunden später eine Antwort von Chantal. Statt einer konstruktiven Lösung wurden wir direkt und ohne Grundlage für den Schaden verantwortlich gemacht. Wir hätten die Waschmaschine falsch bedient und das Problem verursacht. Sehr merkwürdig! Später stellte sich heraus, dass die Maschine wieder ohne Probleme lief und die Reinigung mit heißem Wasser und Was

Duplex fonctionnel, agréable et bien situé

Communication et accueil impeccable. Le duplex est aussi traversant ce qui permet d'alterner les vues. Place de parking réservé appréciable. Bien qu'en centre ville, la proximité du parc amène calme et verdure. Dommage il n'y a pas la vue sur la mer, mais en moins de 10 mn accès facile à la plage à pied. Le Lavandou est une situation qui permet de bien rayonner sur ce magnifique massif escarpé et les diverses plages (Collobrières, Bormes, St Tropez, Toulon mont Faron, les îles d'or) Super séjour

Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schön eingerichtet und Ausstattung auch gut. Geschäfte und Metro gut erreichbar ruhige Wohnung und jetzt im Sommer angenehm zum Schlafen. Einziger Minuspunkt der Parkplatz gehört nicht zur Wohnung wenn man Pech hat ist kein Platz mehr im umzäunten Hof frei und man muss sich irgendwo in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz suchen.

séjour hyper agréable

Location calme et à dix minutes à pieds de la plage. Tous commerces à proximités. Je recommande cette location pour passer un agréable séjour au Lavandou. Le contact avec la propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui nous accueil sur place à été chaleureux et sympa. Pour les personnes qui aiment visiter, l'accès au différentes routes est très facile et à proximité de la location. Merci pour tout.

Location très bien située (grande plage du Lavandou accessible à pied en une dizaine de minutes, commerces proches, bien pratique pour faire les courses sans prendre la voiture, proximité du théâtre de verdure et des tennis). L'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel et spacieux. Tout les équipements (meubles et électro ménager) sont récents. La propriétaire est sympatique, ainsi que la personne qui accueille sur place. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons cette location !
