Located near the sea in the centre of Marzamemi, ideal for families or couples, offering very comfortable, self-contained apartment accommodation with a parking space; see the attached floor plan.
The apartment is extremely convenient, as it is located near the centre of the seaside village and features on-site parking, which is especially useful in the evenings.
The town centre is easily accessible on foot, as are restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops, a fish market, a chemist, a supermarket, an ATM, and other services offered by the small village of Marzamemi.
You can walk to the departure point for boat excursions, from where you can admire all the seabeds and unique sites the area has to offer, such as Vendicari, the Roman columns, and Isola delle Correnti.
Also in the area are scuba diving centers with instructors, allowing you to get a close-up view of the seabed, marine flora, and fauna.
But above all, from any room in the apartment, you can admire the sea, just 30 metres away. Maximum capacity is six guests, with the option to add two additional independent sleeping arrangements. For the month of August, a minimum two-week stay is required, from Saturday to Saturday. All prices listed in this rate schedule are based on occupancy for up to six guests, with the option to add two additional beds with a bathroom and kitchenette in the same building but on the upper floor; The listed rate does not include this possible addition, which must be calculated separately; please contact us by phone for more details. The sheet and towel set is available only upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person per change. The tourist tax, to be paid on site, is €3 per person per day.
