This property is on Lake Guntersville. It is a 2016 mobile home that is less than a 1/2 mile away from the boat launch at South Sauty. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a kitchen. The tv in the den area has Dish Network, playstation 2 and wii gaming systems. The TV in the bedroom has a DVD and VHS player and is for movies only. There is no wifi at this time. The deck has great views of the lake. Hunt or fish during the day then come back and enjoy the sun set behind the mountains on Lake Guntersville.

We enjoyed our stay and the peaceful spot along the lake. A clean, comfortable home on the lake with everything we needed! Close enough to boat ramps and easy to get around an explore. We look forward to a return visit! Thank you to our sweet hosts, they gave easy instructions to the residence and were great at communicating!

Absolutely perfect. The Host was great at each communication with the right amount of details and directions. The place at South Sauty was perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything in the trailer was neat, clean, in perfect working order and had excellent care shown for the property. Quiet, restful, peaceful, all are synonyms for this place.

Beautiful place to stay by the lake. Everything you would need, except food. Not hard to find places to eat or grocery shopping. Renae and Steven were excellent hosts to rent from.

Hubby and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in a calm and peaceful time at Lake Sauty. We were pleased to have the comfort of the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the trailer on the lake. Also, Enjoyed the basket of goodies left on the table and communicating with our host Renae. We do plan another visit to Lake Sauty soon!

Why they chose this property

This little part of South Sauty has been a part of my husband's life since childhood. My husband recalls learning to ski here and spending afternoons floating and swimming around in the lake. South Sauty is beautiful! Bring your camera. There is just no better view in my opinion than the view from our deck. I hope you fall in love with this little part of Alabama and come back year after year.

What makes this property unique

This property has been a source of fun for our family for many years. We have enjoyed playing baseball in the yard, having picnics, and jet skiing. There are lots of memories here. We hope you enjoy your time at our little place on the lake.
