Delightful apartment on the upper floor of a semi-detached house, very quiet, well finished, with a large terrace overlooking the sea.
It is located in the locality of Tanca Manna, just outside the center of Stintino; the two bedrooms have respectively a double bed and two single beds; in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people; there are: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, water heater, shower, fridge, equipped kitchen, a set of sheets and towels available; the semi-detached house, of which the apartment is part, has two outdoor parking spaces of relevance; at two hundred meters there are three delightful uncrowded coves; five minutes by car is the famous 'La Pelosa' beach.

Perfect stay

It’s is a beautiful, clean and nice appartement with a lot of space. The terrace ist wonderful with an amazing view. There ist nothing missing in the equipment. Piero is a very nice guy who cares for his guests. Only 5min drive to wonderful beach La Pelosa.

Lovely apartment with a view

We had a great time in Piero's nice, airy apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. The large balcony has sea views in all directions and it was great to have a parking space right next to the apartment. We received great information about beaches, places to eat and much more from Piero before we arrived. When we had a small concern during our stay, we quickly got help from Piero via whatsup. We would love to come back.

Lovely spacious apartment with sea view

The apartment is very nice and airy with high ceilings and a wonderful large terrace with sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing, and we really felt at home. The accommodation was very clean. The surrounding area is nice, some small beaches are within walking distance, the stunning beach La Pelosa only a short drive away. Stintino is a charming fishing village. Piero was a great host who always answered immediately. The check-in was easy. Arrival any departure times were flexible. Very good value for money and highly recommendable.

Toller Blick auf das Meer

Wir waren Mitte Juni für zwei Wochen in Pieros Wohnung. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Insektenschutz an den Fenstern wäre toll, da es einige Stechmücken gibt. Auch eine Klimaanlage wäre gut, da es in der Wohnung ziemlich warm war. Ansonsten war alles super. Die Kommunikation mit Piero hat gut geklappt. Er antwortet umgehend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Piero gab uns schon vorab viele Infos und Vorschläge (Strände, Einkaufen, Sehenswertes usw.)Alles war sehr unkompliziert, ob irgendwelche Fragen aufkamen oder noch ein Heizlüfter benötigt wurde. Es wurde sehr schnell daraf reagiert.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem.Handtücher lagen auch bereit und die Betten waren schon bezogen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer war sehr aufmerksam und wir konnten ihm jederzeit Fragen stellen. Das Fischerdorf ist besonders schön, man läuft ung. 15 Minuten zum Zentrum.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. Spaziosa, ben arieggiata, molto ben tenuta e pulita. Super accessoriata, non manca davvero nulla. L'ampio terrazzo ha una vista strepitosa su tutto il golfo. L'host molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte, ci ha dato un sacco di indicazioni e informazioni sulla zona. Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne und familiär eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Terrasse ist natürlich ein Highlight. Sonst auch alles sehr sauber und mehr als gut ausgestattet. Viel Strandzubehör in der Wohnung was echt nett ist. Kommunikation mit Piero war super! Danke!

La proprietà è così come è presentata nelle foto:terrazzo molto ampio vista mare,stanze con soffitto travi a vista arieggiate e fresche.Cucina e bagno in muratura ben curati,puliti e spaziosi anche questi travi a vista. Le stoviglie, le pentole e vari accessori che posso essere utili sono presenti, quindi veramente senza pensieri. L'host è super disponibile. Consigliatissima. Un posto in cui tranquillamente ritornare.

Une grande terrasse côté aube, un appartement parfaitement entretenu, un hôte très sympa.

Vous arrivez dans un quartier calme sur une petite hauteur d'où on voit la mer, des petites villas mono ou bifamiliales. Vous montez au 1er étage par un petit portail en bois juste fermé non pas à clé, et vous tombez sur une terrasse énorme avec une vue magnifique côté est. Vous rentrerz dans l'appartement depuis le grand séjour où la cuisine sur le fond reste ouverte. Céramique du sol et décorations sont très jolis, au goût et style du lieu. Cuisine parfaitement équipée, tout électroménager, tout outil, tout fonctionne bien. Sur la droite la première porte coulissante donne sur la zone de nuit, une chambre double sur la droite et une chambre avec 2 voire 3 lits sur la gauche. Toilettes avec douche et WC, à gauche. Le lits sont bien, tout est très propre et bien soigné, jamais vu une porte de douche autant étanche ! Linge à disposition en abondance. Qu’est ce qui manque pour la perfection absolue ? Un store sur la terrasse et des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Les 2 sont prévues très prochainement.

Trotz Nebensaison hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Pierro hat perfekt funktioniert. Das geräumige Haus / Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Wenn man so wie wir schnorcheln wollten und die Schnorchel vergessen hatten findet man diese in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft. La Pelosa ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und solch eine Wasserqualität haben wir zuletzt auf den Malediven erlebt. Wir kommen wieder und vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.....Vg

Tolle Wohnung!

Wir waren eine Woche in Pieros Wohnung. Sehr sauber, geräumig, super ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich nichts!! Toller, großer Balkon mit Meerblick! Liegt am Rand von Stintino, sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem fussläufig zum Ortszentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes, wir kommen gerne wieder!
