Emplacement superbe

Exposition plein sud, il faudrait installer une climatisation pour pouvoir bien dormir et s'y sentir bien lors des journées de fortes chaleurs Sinon l'appartement est bien située et dispose d'un parking .Les parkings sont payants dans la ville .

Des travaux à prévoir

Vitrages obsolètes, il faut les remplacer, fermeture difficile et simple vitrage actuellement. Climatisations d’appoint bruyantes on ne s’entend pas parler et peu efficaces, vider celui de la chambre toutes les 3 heures n’est vraiment pas agréable. Le lit de la chambre grince au moindre mouvement.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre message auquel je réponds tardivement. Il est vrai que le vitrage est ancien, nous avons effectué un réglage de la fenêtre. 2 climatiseurs réversibles et très silencieux seront installés au printemps 2024 Le lit de la chambre a été réparé. Merci pour vos remarques qui nous aident à améliorer l'appartement.

Wir würden nicht nochmals in diese Ferienwohnung.

Die Sachen in der Küche waren alle klebrig, mit einer Fettschicht belegt weshalb man zuest alle zu benutzenden Gegenstände reinigen musste. Die ganze Wohnung war schmudelig. Der Backofen funktionierte nicht sowie das Eingangstor aufgrund unserer Schlüssel erst am letzten Tag. Für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung zu klein…

Hallo, wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen zur Kenntnis, die für uns sehr nützlich sind. Wir achten jetzt auf das Fett, das auf den Küchenutensilien ist. Für die Haustür funktioniert dieser perfekt, aber es ist wahr, dass es ein sicheres System ist, das ein wenig Übung erfordert. Im Übrigen wissen Sie, dass es für uns eine schmerzhafte Zeit war, wir hatten gerade unsere Mutter durch den Covid verloren und ich selbst war wegen des Covid auf der Intensivstation, wir konnten uns nicht so gut wie möglich um diese Zeit kümmern. Herzlich.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Bandol

Der Urlaub in Bandol hat uns gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr nett von Madame Scharre empfangen. Vorallem die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist schnell im Zentrum, man hat keine Parkplatzprobleme und der Ausblick ist toll. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit auf dem schönen Balkon verbracht. Wir werden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.
