Permit # ** FBGTX-15503 ** Beautiful 2054 sq ft one story home built in 1920's completely remodeled in 2012.A wide foyer greets visitors which opens to a cozy sitting room. Long leaf pine floors ,with 11+Ft ceilings.Furnished in a relax Hill Country Style with leather seating , cowhide rug ,and other vintage pieces with a timeless feminine touch. Two covered porches with plenty of seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine.
Whole-house backup generator ensures continued comfort in the event of power outage.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to enjoy during our visit. The layout was perfect for our family of four adults, giving both us and our two adult children plenty of space and privacy.Heidi was an exceptional host and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals and we hosted a few friends and they loved our place more than theirs!!!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our time in Fredericksburg and our historical home just added to the experience. Our host Heidi was quick to resound to questions, The house was clean with plenty of cooking and serving supplies . The home was an easy walk to town centre . The home was located in a safe quiet neighborhood.

The size of the house was very spacious for 5 grown women having a girls weekend. The couch was very comfy and the host was very accommodating. We enjoyed the quiet nights in the neighborhood and the short distance to Main Street shopping. Thank you for a great stay away from home!

We really thought the pictures online did not do it justice the home was beautiful. Fully stocked home from kitchen to bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and so were the living spaces. Beautifully decorated and loved the Christmas decorations.
