Very good location, but awful and dirty apartament

The photos in the advert are not of the apartment we stayed in. It is within the development, but it is not the apartment on offer, so the advert is a scam. I'll go in parts: 1. Reception: very good, very friendly staff. 2. Facilities: Great surroundings, very nice but old pool, with a lack of maintenance, cracks, peeling, fallen tiles... good garden. 3. Apartment: an apartment with a garden is on offer (false), the ground floor (false) is a first floor with stairs. Kitchen, fridge without light, leaks water, extractor hood, motor and light do not work. Old pans, all the food sticks to it, there were no scissors.... Rooms, dirt on windows, traces of blood on walls, curtains, air conditioning machine (to kill mosquitoes).... The air conditioning is in the master bedroom and living room, not in the other bedroom.

Hébergement mieux encore que sur l’annonce. Bonne localisation, piscine 3 bassins idéale avec les enfants, ménage 3 fois par semaine, réceptionniste disponible toute la journée. Prêt de parasol pour la plage. Bref super location.

La location se trouve dans un petit complexe qui rassemble une quinzaine de logements. Le complexe est propre, la piscine est très agréable et adaptée à tous les âges. Il y a trois bassins à débordement et elle est bien exposée. Une personne gère l'accueil, la réception du public et toutes questions qui peuvent survenir durant votre séjour. Elle a été très accueillante et constamment disponible. Le logement que nous occupions est plutôt spacieux, bien adapté à notre famille (2 parents et 2 enfants adolescents). Les équipements et le mobilier sont plutôt vieillissants et pas en super état pour certains. C'était le bémol de la location.Les draps et serviettes sont remplacés en milieu de semaine.Malgré la relative vétusté de l'appartement, cette location est plutôt d'un bon rapport qualité-prix au regard de ce qui se loue dans le secteur. Vous êtes à proximité de Portimao, des belles plages de Carvoeiro, Silves est à moins de 20 minutes. Un bon compromis dans l'ensemble.

Kleinschalig appartementencomplex schoon en netjes

We waren met ons gezin voor 2 weken in een appartement op de eerste verdieping(hoek) Appartement was ruim, netjes en schoon. Om de dag schoonmaak behalve in het weekend. Bedden 2 keer verschoond. Als er problemen waren werd dat snel opgelost. Wel heb je een auto nodig want je zit overal ver vandaan. Carvoeiro 10 minuten rijden. 2 goede restaurants en winkel op loopafstand.

sehr schön

Rasches Einchecken, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, Einrichung teilweise schon etwas alt (aber nicht störend), sauber, 3 Balkone, 2 SZ, 1 WZ, 1 getrennte Küche, gute Betten, super, dreiteiliger Pool (wenn in einem Teil die Kinder tobten hat man im anderen seine Ruhe), sehr schöne Anlage mit unverbauter Aussicht von Pool und Balkon. Die Fotos zeigen die sehr schöne Anlage und die Größe der Wohnung nicht ausreichend gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhätnis. Kann manch schlechte Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Wir fanden es als Familie sehr, sehr schön und würden immer wiederkommen wollen.

Super vacance piscine soleil appartement spacieux Clim wifi tout était parfait et l’accueil super. Le seul petit bémol il faut avoir une voiture pour pouvoir se promener , aller à la plage . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour :) nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Limpieza justita, el anuncio ponía que el apartamento tenía dos baños cuando en realidad solo había uno. La ducha/bañera bastante incómoda y el wc con un asiento que no le corresponde. En general algo descuidado. Zonas comunes bien.

Résidence à taille réduite ce qui est très appréciable. Apparemment, résidence et piscine très propres et jolis. Adaptée aux familles avec enfants en bas âges. Accueil à la réception super. Résidence calme. Seul inconvénient, il faut être véhiculé. Résidence loin de tout. Mais je recommande pour toutes les autres raisons.

L'appartement est très agréable, idéal pour 4 personnes. Très propre et bien équipé. Rien à dire. Il est id"aiment situé sur la commune de Carvoeiro à 2 pas de Ferragudo. Très bon point de départ pour visiter les plages de la région et les grottes. Ce sont des résidences très familiales, et plutôt calmes. Il y a belles 3 piscines, propres et adaptées à tous les âges.

apartemento poco equipado

el apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio, funcional, servicio de entrga llaves fuera horario muy bien pero.... nos vendieron el apartamento para 5 personas y posibilidad de 6, al final eramos 6 adultos, porque nuestros niños tienen 16, 18 y 21 años, es decir no son niños, cuando llegamos nos encontramos 2 habitaciones con 4 plazas y un sofa cama enano que media 1m ancho y 160 largo, quien entra AHI???? como ere fin de semana no hay recepcion y hasta el lunes no nos proporcionaron una cama supletoria cobrando 5€ diarios, segun ellos se supone que son familias con "CRIANÇA" NIÑOS por otro lado el equipamiento de cocina era MAS QUE ESCASO, exactamente 5 tenedores, 5 platos 5 vasos..... a parte de esto las vacciones estupendas el pais, las playas, la comida, la piscina.... recomendable pero para 4 personas y niño pequeño , n para 5/6
