DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Splash! A colorful and fun Oceanside Interior home located a few minutes golf cart ride to the beach!
The ground-level screened patio with hammock and seating has a full bath. How convenient is that? It's the perfect place to rinse the kids after a trip to the beach, a dip in the pool, or a time in the hot tub.
The 2nd level main floor has a queen master with a private bath just to the right of the entry. To the right of the open plan living and dining area is the laundry, a full bath, and another queen room. Just through the door off the dining room is the deck with a table and seating overlooking the private pool. To the right of the dining area is the kitchen with lots of cabinet space and a pantry.
Up the stairs to the left of the entry is the 3rd level where two large rooms share a bath. One room has a king-size bed and the other is the bunk room with 2 pyramid bunks (double on bottom and twin on top). Every bedroom is decorated in bold, cheery colors to match each theme! As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters!
Whether you are reading the whimsical sayings on the walls, checking out the neighborhood in the golf cart, relaxing by the private pool, or "chilling" in the hot tub you will agree just a "SPLASH" is all you need!
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 12-15 minute walk from Splash or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

Home away from home

We love the house and the location. This is our second time in this house and we love it. This house is in the perfect location and has everything you need to feel right at home once you arrive. The kids love the wildlife and we got to see the deer on the beach. This island has so much to offer for everyone and it's always a sad day leaving. We wish we could live there

Nice house, beach not so much.

This house has everything you need to have for a family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped except a few of the pans have been well used and could be replaced. The beds were comfortable except the pillows definitely need to be replaced. Bring your own if you can. In general, it was clean but could use some updating. The pool is small but still a nice way to cool off when coming of the beach. The golf cart makes getting to and from the beach a breeze. This was not my favorite beach. It’s crowded enough that you could hear other peoples conversations and the Shibumi sun shades were everywhere so that just added more noise.

Community and beach were great. Loved the private pool and golf cart. House was well equipped (needs a good egg pan) but dated, a bit worn out and not as clean as expected. The Wi-Fi was so slow at times we were unable to stream Netflix or complete zoom meetings.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place

This house was great, the hot tub was awesome to relax in. The kids swam daily in the pool and played at the beach. We had perfect weather our entire week here. The kids got to see the deer, tree frogs and bullfrogs. There was also a few lizards that came out daily. Not far from anything you need from the stores. The golf cart was great and we can't wait to come back next year. I am so happy I chose this place was the best decision ever.

Wonderful time

Lots of fun at Splash. Very near the beach and loved having our own private pool. Saw pond turtles, rabbits and deer and were able to see loggerhead turtles hatching on the beach one night. Great location with lots of great restaurants and entertainment for everyone in our party

Great house!

We loved this place! Great to have our own pool during this Covid situation. And the golf cart to the beach made for super easy jaunts down there. Also, this house looks out over a natural area that makes you feel like there's no one around. Managers are a call away and they're super responsive with any issues. We'll be back.

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay. This summer they will be hosting sandcastle building contests for those interested, which is bound to be a great time!
