Very comfortable and cool penthouse that overlooks (6 steps only) on the beach at Torre di Barì. The apartment is air-conditioned and furnished with great care: large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and utility room, washing machine, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms. 5 total beds (+ 1 crib possible). The penthouse is part of a villa with a large and neat garden with barbecue, patio, shower, private car park and a stairway which leads directly to the beach. The apartment is air-conditioned, but rarely needs "artificial" cold air because it pleasantly cooled by sea breeze.
At 200 m from the house: emergency medical service, news kiosk, tobacconist’s, bar, food shop, good restaurants/ pizzeria, tennis court, diving center, . The distance from the village of Barisardo is just 4 km.

Wunderbare Lage am Meer

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer ist einmalig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt gewisse kleinere Mängel, wie kein warmes Wasser in der Küche, in der Dusche reicht das warme Wasser knapp für 2 Personen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

For hot water in the bathroom, it would have been useful to raise the boiler temperature; in this case your call would have been appreciated, I'm always available to solve any guests request. Apartment of dreams

We stayed in this beautiful house with kind neighbours/owners for two weeks and we enjoyed it so much. Flat is spacious, clean, elegantly decorated, nothing is missing in there. The beach is right behind the house, peaceful place to rest. The sea was crystal clear and unbelievably warm.

Schöne Wohnung, Tolle Lage, Eigenwillige Hausregeln

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön im Dachgeschoß des Hauses direkt am Strand mit tollem Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr gut. Leider ist die Grill- und Gartenbenutzung nicht sinnvoll. Es gab einen Tisch mit Stühlen hinter! dem Haus (ohne Meerblick). Hier durfte man gnädigerweise mal einen "Drink nehmen". Essen war nur in der Wohnung erlaubt. Damit fiel das Grillen aus, da es keinen Spaß bereitet unten zu grillen, alles in den 2. Stock zu tragen um oben zu essen. Die Bewohner des Hauses waren freundlich aber sehr reserviert. Liegestühle oder Strandutensilien wie Schirme und Strandstühle gab es nicht. Deshalb waren wir nur bedingt zufrieden.

We are very sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your stay with us. However, it has always been a good rule for both owners and guests to avoid eating meals in the common areas of the villa so as not to create uneasiness in respect of the privacy of each and of all. The discretion of the other families present is just a sign of good manners and once again of respect for the privacy of others. The availability of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach items was not included in the cost of rent but this could be a good suggestion for the future of which we thank you. Anyhow, thank you again for having chosen to spend your holidays with us even if your evaluation (2 **) it seems too strict. Kind regards

God beliggenhed

Dejlig lys loftslejlighed meget tæt på vandet. Carmen og hendes mand byd os velkommen og var meget hjælpsomme. Vi boede i lejligheden en uge med 2 børn, 6 og 8 år. De kunne selv gå ned på stranden og klatre på klipperne. Stranden er stenet, men meget ren. Det bliver hurtigt dybt, men der var ingen problemer for vores børn i at bade her. 100 meter fra lejligheden lægger en lokal bar/restaurant, hvor man kan sidde og se solnedgangen og få et overraskende lækkert måltid. Der er flere gode udflugtsmuligheder i området bl.a. bådture fra enten Arbatax eller Santa Maria Navaresse. Tæt på Santa Maria Navaresse ligger desuden Pedra Longa, som er rigtig fint hvis man ønsker at bade/snorkle fra klipper. Restauranten ovenfor har en formidabel udsigt. En god strand er desuden Su Sirboni ved Marina di Gairo. Den er lidt svær at komme til og indebærer at man skal gå i terræn langs vandet i ca. 10 min. Vi har været på Sardinien flere gange, men syntes at dette område er et af de bedste og så var det bare så dejligt at kunne gå direkte ned på stranden når man havde lyst. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale lejligheden.

Nils Groth e la sua famiglia sono stati ospiti perfetti: cordiali, educati, hanno usato della nostra casa con grande cura e rispetto come se fosse la loro. Sono stati ospiti veramente apprezzabili che ci piacerebbe accogliere ancora.

Meglio la realtà della descrizione

La mansarda è estremamente raffinata e curata in ogni particolare. E'sulla spiaggia e ha enormi finestre sul mare, con una vista indimenticabile, e un ampio giardino con tutte le attrezzature descritte. Contrariamente a quanto temevamo in una mansarda, gli ambienti non si surriscaldano. Due spiagge, di cui una molto bella, sono sotto casa; altre si raggiungono in 10 minuti d'auto. Anche i proprietari sono persone squisite, disponibili e discrete. Insomma, ci aspettavamo molto dalla descrizione, ma abbiamo trovato di più.
