Maison agréable comme sur les photos. La propriétaire très accueillante. Il manque rien dans la maison. 20 minutes à pied du centre ville mais balade agréable Boulangerie proche de la maison et balade en bateau sur le canal d empuriabrava très proche, ce qui permet de visiter. Je recommande.

Une semaine de février très agréable dans cette charmante maison. L environnement était très atypique avec tous ces canaux , la plage très proche, et de merveilleux paysages. Beaucoups de commerces à proximité.Point très agréable : les lits étaient faits à l arrivée et l accueil très sympathique. Seul bémol : les 2 salle de douche/wc ne ferment pas à clefs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Bezeichnung Villa in der Beschreibung lenkt meine Vorstellung in eine Richtung die das Haus nicht erfüllt! Es ist ein Ferienhaus welches in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend ein wenig Liebe verdient hätte. Das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" aber für einen Preis über 3K (2Wo) gibts leider einige Mängel/Schönheits- fehler. Die Fotos sind sicher schon einige Jahre alt. -Die Fliesen vor dem Haus sind fast alle beschädigt -Offener Sicherungskasten im Eingangsbereich -Keine funktionsfähige Markise hinterm Haus -Ersatzweise zwei Sonnenschirme die von Kabelbindern notdürftig zusammen gehalten werden -Master Schlafzimmer, bei geöffnetem Fenster strömt ein übler Gestank vom davor liegenden Wasserablauf/ Kanalisation herein, das Badezimmer im 60er Jahre Style in weiss/rosa nicht hübsch, jedoch funktioniert alles. In relativ kurzen Abständen irgendwelche Spül- geräusche welche Nachts schon stören -Das zweite Badezimmer, schon mal renoviert jedoch ist die Dusche recht klein und der Wasserdruck im Wasch- becken sehr niedrig -Die Küche ist immer noch schön anzusehen und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Backofen-Regler ist leider defekt so dass man die Temparatur nur schätzen kann -Der Wohn- u. Essbereich ist ausreichend gross und hell. -Drei Klimaanlagen (wenn man sie den alle benötigt) erledigen ihren Job. Leider keine in den Schlafzimmern, mit offenen Türen geht es jedoch -Schöner Pool (2x Reinigung pro Woche) und eine über- dachte Terasse mit Tisch und ausreichend Stühlen. -In der Grünanlage hinter dem Poolbereich steht ein wirklich stattlicher Baum welche Schatten im Pool spendet. Jedoch hat ihn eine Taubenkolonie für sich endeckt und die darunterliegende Rasenfläche kpl. vollgekotet. Ein dickes Lob noch an die Leute in der Rezeption, der Poolreiniger und am Ende die Reinigungsfrauen, alle nett/freundlich und hilfsbereit.

+ Good situated, near to town park and nature park; gokart and skydiving in town available + House with good infrastructure, beds in parents bedroom very comfortable (I guess also the others), good blinds, alarm well working, very quiet area - Very bad smell from the sewerage in parents bathroom every couple of hours; armor knife missing and dishes kept at absolute minimum All in all we will be back again!

Très bien, avec piscine et ponton pour le nautisme

Maison (avec ponton bateau + de 8 mètres) très agréable et très spacieuse avec son grand séjour (Wifi ok) et ses 3 chambres. Possède même un parking intérieur sur l'avant. La piscine est parfaite. Nous y avons passé du bon temps. Le seul bémol serait.. les voisins bruyant la nuit (notemment en face il y a des chiens qui aboient beaucoup trop la nuit).

Wir , 3 Erwachsene, waren mit 2 Hunden dort und fanden es super schön. Ganz kurzer Weg zum Park . Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt und netter Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern der Argentur vor Ort.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Super Feriendomizil. Bei kleineren Mängeln wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Z.B. fehlender Sonnenschirm. Er wurde gleich am nächsten Tag gebracht. Auch die Betten wahren sehr bequem. Auch wer mit dem eigenen Boot kommt wird sehr zufrieden sein. Der Trailer passt bequem aufs Grundstück, plus 2 Autos. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen.
