Magnificent place

We were 2 families and thanks to the place found a piece of paradise in Corsica. The house is magnificent, the views unbeatable, the pool perfect. Plenty of space inside, very well equipped. Cleaning (2 times week) fit very well. Communication with Philipp and Laurent was very smooth and they are very attentive.The beach is awesome, offers 20 min walk from the house :) Thank you for a very nice stay, we hope to be back.

Beautiful villa overlooking Palombaggia beach

We loved this villa. The view is exceptional, the house is wonderful and beautifully furnished and well equipped . The swimming pool is fantastic and one can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Philippe is a good host. The access drive to the villa is very steep and narrow so needs care when driving . Overall a fabulous villa , ideal for a group of friends and family.

8 years after our first stay in La Casuccia we finally made it back - and the villa has lost none of its charme. Breathtaking views, tasteful design, thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need. We usually spent the mornings chilling, reading, splashing at the lovely pool and strolled down to pristine Palombaggia beach with its crystal clear waters in the afternoon. Life doesn‘t get much better than that! Thanks to Laurent for welcoming us upon arrival and for all the recommendations. Playa Baggia is such a great place, for food, views and vibe. We‘ll definitely be back, hope it won‘t take another 8 years!

Paradise!

Arriving at night after quite an adventurous trip, we woke up to the most beautiful sunrise and breathtaking views from the patio over lush macchia, glistening ocean and pool. The villa is so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped we were reluctant to leave the house! It had the perfect size and layout for 2 families, offering privacy as well as enough room to sit together and have a nice barbecue (Weber gas BBQ ready to use!) with a view you won't forget. While you can walk to the closest beach, a car is recommended to get to other places (e.g. Bonifacio, other beaches, supermarket). We fell in love with La Casuccia and will be back!

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Blick über die Bucht von Palombaggia ist traumhaft. Der Gastgeber ist zauberhaft. Es ist für alles gesorgt und es gibt auch vorab schon gute Tipps für Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Vacances inoubliables !

Une reservation facile et un très bon contact avec Philippe. Une villa exceptionnelle par son architecture et son emplacement au top sur Palombaggia ! Ideal pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants. 10 minutes a pied d une des plus belles plages et a 15 min de Porto Vecchio ! Un calme absolu pour profiter de la piscine avec vue sur mer et toutes les sécurités pour les jeunes enfants. Merci infiniment a Philippe pour sa disponibilité après nos péripéties de voiture .... Très belle maison à Palombaggia

La maison est grande et très confortable, joliment décorée. La vue est magnifique avec un accès à la plage facile en 10mn à peine à pied. Il y a air conditionné dans toutes les chambres mais pas dans le séjour/cuisine ou il peut vite faire très chaud sans beaucoup d’air même quand on ouvre toutes les baies vitrées… Je recommande vivement cette location qui fut très agréable.

Perfect Villa for a relax holiday

The Villa is perefct to spend a nice relaxed vaccation. The equipment of the Villa is more than sufficient, you will miss nothing. You can decide to go to the palombaggia beach by walking (15min) or to stay in the huge pool. Restaurants and shopping loactions are reachable by car in 15-20min. The view from the Villa to the beach is super nice, we will miss it! Philippe did realy a gread job, - we will come again!

Le paradis sur terre !

Maison très bien équipée, la piscine est merveilleuse. Permet de faire un saut à la plage le matin avant que le monde arrive, puis à nouveau en fin de journée quand les gens s’en vont. Entre-temps on profite de la vue depuis la maison (se munir de jumelles !), de la piscine et de tout le confort que la maison a à offrir. À la nuit tombée, on admire les phares, les cardinales et la superbe nuit étoilée depuis la grande terrasse !

This is an excellent villa, the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The view over Palombaggia beach is amazing, it only took us five to ten minutes to walk to the beach where there is crystal clear water and white sand. The design of the villa is perfect, with great views from all of the bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area that opens out onto the elevated terrace. Weber barbecue and Siemens oven, it really is the best of the best making cooking and dining at the villa a great option in the evening. The beautiful infiity pool is also perfect, very clean and well maintained and of course the spectacular view. Dealing with Philippe and Laurent who is the property manager was a pleasure from booking through to departure, Philippe answered all of my questions prior to my visit - he is a great guy, very trustworthy and dependable - I have no hesitation in recommending Philippe as a great host. I would recommend taking a car with you to get to the shops, and also to explore some of the amazing areas nearby. We were celebrating my Mothers 60th Birthday - a great holiday had by all, and we would love to go back again. Thank you Philippe & Family Nick Allen

The house is great, very clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the breathtaking, beautiful view over palombaggia. Perfect matching decoration and furniture with lots of character makes you feel like at home from the first moment you arrive. It´s only a 15 min walk down to the beach. Maison idéalement placée avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites dans la villa Casuccia. Nos hôtes Philippe et Laurent sont très disponibles et nous ont parfaitement accueillis. La plage est a 10 minutes à pieds, un peu plus au retour, mais elle est aussi accessible en voiture avec un parking gratuit limité en place mais nous avons pu nous y garer tous les jours. La piscine ravit petits et grands avec ses nombreux transats et sa vue à couper le souffle. La maison est très bien équipée et n’a aucun vis à vis, on s’y sent chez soi très vite. Porto Vecchio est a 20 minutes en voiture avec ses commerces et supermarchés. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

RAS au paradis...

Deuxième fois pour ma famille, mes amis et moi à la Casuccia, après notre séjour de 2016. Là encore, des vacances dont il est difficile de revenir tant la maison est agréable , la vue magnifique, le coin paradisiaque , et enfin tout cela à 2 min de la plus belle plage de Corse. Philippe ( Propriétaire) et Laurent (Intendant) sont adorables et disponibles pour les locataires. Merci encore à tous les 2. Autant dire que je ne peux QUE recommander la CASUCCIA.... mais pas début juin....car cette semaine est pour moi !! :)
