Loved your condominium 12-A was just right for my family

Hello Ann & Harry On behalf of my family and myself we wanted to say thank you for your beautiful, comfy condo I appreciated all the little touches! I loved them all. The view was to die for. The balcony was our favorite place, its where we spent most of our time, morning noon and night when we were home. (Yes! We felt like we were home) (That is priceless ❤) The beach being steps away was amazing. Not having to pack a car and kids to drive to the beach Was A Pleasure 😁 We so appreciated the beach chairs boogie boards all the extra amenities. It made life a lil easier And your central air conditioning was brrrrrr Had to raise the temperature I was freezing 🤣😂 This was the most peaceful fun filled vacation in all my 50 years and I have a pretty great repertoire of getaways, vacations. Myrtle beach was by far my favorite! Your condo was a big part of it!! I'd reccomend your condo to anyone who would listen 😍😁 Again I thank you both kindly Vinny, Barbara & Family Bangor Pa

Hello Barbara, Vinny & Family, We are enthused that you enjoyed our condominium and that you had a wonderful vacation. We look forward to having your family as guests again. We received your communication through VRBO, where you gave us all "5's" but a "3" popped up in the rating review. I explained to them what happened and gave them permission to look at the communication that explained the 5's and that a 3 popped up in the review. They informed me they could not change the 3. I asked them to have a Supervisor call me back. I informed them that if they would use common sense in reading our communications that the review should be a 5 instead of a 3. The Supervisor is supposed to call us back in 24 hours. Should you wish to book our condominium in the future, please call us directly. Respectively, Ann & Harry

Very Satisfied

Located in a quieter section of Myrtle Beach. Easy beach access with no overcrowding. Elevators were not crowded and worked rather quickly. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Unit was very clean.

Fun for all!

We commented several times that it felt that we had been invited to stay at someone's home. The home was comfortable and the location perfect. It was evident that the owners of this condo, and the Brigadune in general care for this place, and their guests. The hosts provided a fun supply of beach items ,and games and movies for rainy days. We recommend this property!

Always a Great Vacation at the Bridadune

From the moment we crossed the threshold we knew that this would be a fantastic vacation. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the unit made it clear that this truly was someone's home away from home. There was nothing we needed or wanted that was not somewhere in the condo. We have vacationed on different floors and different units in the building, but 12A wins the competition hands down as our favorite. The owners are wonderful people to work with and a great communicators that helped make our stay worry free and a true vacation .

We had another wonderful vacation. It's obvious that Ann and Harry care about the comfort of their guests... which is smart because we'll keep coming back. The condo is clean, updated, and full of everything you will need. We especially appreciate the use of the washer and dryer. We can pack so much less. Thanks and we'll see you next year! -Angi T.

Amazing Condo...look no further

We recently stayed at Ann and Harry's place and it was an amazing week. Everything you need is in the condo. The place is as advertised. Well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was just like being at home. We have stayed in numerous units at the Brigadune over the last 25 -30 years and this stands out as one of the best. The kitchen is well equipped, there are games, and a whole video library if you want to watch a movie. You can definitely leave your worries behind, grab a beach towel, and have an amazing week. Thank you to the Harris' for sharing your home.

Thank you SO very much for the beautiful condo. You go above and beyond to make it a truly wonderful stay. Thank you for having a washer and dryer! We fly so we can't bring a lot of things with us. It helped out tremendously to do our laundry right there. We have been coming to Brigadune for years. This is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in. Looking forward to staying next year!

A place with all the extras!

Dear Harry and Ann, We cannot thank you enough for opening your condo to our families this summer. What a wonderful place! I have never been to a vacation home that had ALL of the extras--from all the kitchen accessories to make full blown meals (and drinks!) to dvds to beach chairs and a bocce ball set. You have thought of everything! It was so relaxing to have all the comforts of home right there without having to bring everything with us. Your condo was immaculate upon our arrival; it is clear that you take very good care and pride in your space. Everything was top notch--from the furniture to the towels to the grounds of the property. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. We will certainly be back! Again and again!
