The Brigadune Condominium Complex is located behind the prominent Dunes Country Club. The Brigadune has several conveniences; 24 hour on-site security, on-site parking, gas barbecue grills, a picnic area, a beautiful lobby, attractively landscaped grounds, and an outdoor oceanfront pool that is heated in the Spring and the Fall.
Nestled in the quiet and peaceful Arcadia section of Myrtle Beach, your home away from home is a tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished condominium that sleeps 8 (eight) and is situated at the Upscale Brigadune Oceanfront Condominium Complex. The condo has a washer and dryer for guests to use at no cost.

Our Oceanfront Condominium is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis! Any Rental other than a Saturday to Saturday basis requires communication with the owner and will be at a higher price than the listed price do to the fact a seven day rental or more could encompass two weeks or more.

A picturesque view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony.
The living room has a comfortable new leather sofa and leather chair. There is also a new large flat screen RCA television that sits in the entertainment center. There are also board games in the entertainment center. The sofa is a wall hugger model with fully reclining end units. There is also a second sofa of ocean/beach décor. This sofa is a Queen size sleeper with an up-graded five inch mattress. New updated carpeting is in the living room and three bedrooms. Smoke alarms are located in the bedrooms, halls, and dining area. We have a new front loading washer and new dryer for the use of our guests, at no additional charge. This enables our guests to be able to do their laundry without going to a laundromat and to be able to have clean linens and towels during their visit, if they wish to change their linens and/or wash their towels.
The dining room has a glass top Palm Breeze style table and six matching Grand Cayman style chairs, which have been recently reupholstered. The dining room, kitchen, hallways, and bathrooms have tile floors.
The gorgeous kitchen is fully-equipped. It includes a new side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a ceramic glass top range with a double oven (upper oven being convection and lower oven being regular), a new dishwasher, all cookware including a crock pot, utensils, a regular coffeemaker in addition to a Keurig coffeemaker. Service for eight including glassware, a blender, a four slice toaster, waffle iron, and a microwave oven are also included. The counter tops are of granite as is the backsplash. There is an under counter Samsung LED television that can be enjoyed while preparing a meal or sitting at the breakfast bar.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a five piece bedroom suite: Queen Bed with a pillow top mattress, a dresser with matching night stands, a storage bench, a ceiling fan, and a 65 “ large screen LED television. There is a sliding glass door leading to the balcony which has a panoramic view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, to the North and also to the South. The en suite bath showcases a large glass enclosed walk in shower with multiple body jets and dual shower heads. There is a vanity with a mirror and plenty of storage. There is a closet that can be used for storing clothes, towels, and various other items.
The second bedroom has a four piece bedroom suite: King bed with a pillow top mattress, an armoire with a matching night stand, a ceiling fan and a large screen Coby LED television with a self-contained DVD player. The room also contains a large closet, where there are 4 (four) beach sand chairs, 2 (two) large beach umbrellas, kid's sand toys, a bocci set, and a corn hole game.
The third bedroom has a wicker style headboard, an armoire with a matching nightstand, a Queen bed with a pillow top mattress, a ceiling fan, and a Sharp flat screen television. The television is wall mounted and has the ability to be adjusted to different angles. This room also contains a large closet. There is also a wireless laser printer in the closet of this bedroom.
The second bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet. The second bathroom has been updated with new plumbing, new mirror and new lighting fixtures
The balcony has seating for six: two wicker chairs with foot stools, a wicker rocker built for two, and a wicker bistro table with two wicker bistro chairs, all of which gives a wonderful view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean, both to the North and also to the South, from the twelfth floor. The balcony seating has all new ocean attire cushions.

We allow our cleaning personnel a FIVE HOUR cleaning period between guests. No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the balcony! Violators will be asked to leave and will forfeit their monies paid!

Being we rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis, any 7 day vacation which starts on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, the daily rate will be 2 TIMES the posted daily rates
