Great location

House was very nice. Location was great. Unfortunately, I needed to call twice to get the garbage picked up and then when they came they only took a couple of bags out of the metal bin. They didn't empty it. Besides that, overall stay was great

Family Fun

Very clean for a vacation home near the water (some bugs but minimal), new carpets, kitchen appliances reasonably updated, clean big hot tub. Great location near tennis courts (with pickleball lines around the tennis net), mini golf (simple but fun!) and a very nice par 3, 9-hole golf course- all very close. Great view of the pretty neighborhood and golf course from the deck. Big round dining room table was wonderful for whole family of 9 to eat around! Would have liked a table on the deck to eat outside but o/w was great!

4/10 Poor

When we arrived the home had not been properly cleaned, trash was not emptied, bedding was dirty and towels did not appear clean. We immediately called housekeeping and they sent someone to clean which took 2 hours. They only had bedding sheets to replace, but no towels or bedspreads, so we spend the entire night until 2am washing all towels and bedspreads. The pool table was broken and the sofa in the basement was ripped. I am expecting compensation for our lost first night.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry for the condition of the home upon your arrival and can understand how frustrating it must have been to spend your first evening waiting for housekeeping and then doing laundry until 2am. We appreciate you contacting us right away so we could send housekeeping back to address the issue, but we recognize that this still disrupted your first night. We are also reviewing your notes regarding the pool table and the damaged sofa with our maintenance team to ensure these items are repaired or replaced promptly. Your experience is not reflective of our expectations, and we are taking this seriously with both our housekeeping and inspection teams. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve, and we truly regret the impact this had on your stay. Madison, Railey Vacations
