We had a nice time. The condo was perfect for our needs. Close to family and skiing. Beds were very comfortable after a long days of skiing.

Thanks for your 10/10 review. Yup, bedding was recently upgraded including the pullout sofa. You are right - you can't get much closer to skiing but what makes it special is that you can see the entire lift lines from your window. Jon
Great location right next to Pico chairlifts. Easy walk to slopes and fitness center. Ample parking. Comfortable beds and wonderful wood burning fireplace. Killington is a 10 minute drive with plenty of options for restaurants. Great stay, and we will be back! Thanks to the Fox Family for being great hosts.

We stayed at this property once before in 2023. We love the location, convenience, amenities, and the fireplace. It is a wonderful place to spend a few days skiing and eating out.

Thanks for your 10/10 review. We agree the only thing better than the skiing and the amenities is maybe the eating out. Come back often, Jon
The apartment was great - just what you need, where you need it. Ski in / ski out at Pico, or drive the 10 mins up to Killington.
Everything you need is provided for a lovely holiday.
Amazing location-right on the slopes! Very comfortable condo, stocked with all the necessities: soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. Unit is a bit dated, but with new carpet and comfortable beds. Condo is not associated with fitness center, so guests need to pay for passes to use pool/gym-we were aware of this ahead of time. Great for families and a quick drive into Killington for restaurants and shops.Definitely recommend!

Thanks for your 10/10 review. We agree unit may feel
a bit dated (1990's ski loft vibe) but we have already updated the bathrooms and kitchen a bit and will continue to try to improve your experiences. Jon
Great location at a great mountain. The rental had everything you would need, It was clean and the check in and check out were easy. Just park the car and there's no need to leave until check out.

Thanks for your 10/10 review. Yup, Pico Mountain is a hidden gem. Shhh, don't tell everybody. Jon
This unit is in a great location. It is a little dated but overall very cozy for a ski condo. Rental manger was super responsive and accommodating. Our family of 5 will totally book here again

Mike’s stay illustrates importance of communication. We have on site management and also housekeeping that respond to text messaging if things need immediate attention.
Great location for ski-in/ ski-out at Pico and close to Killington. The place had everything we needed for a ski weekend. The listing mentioned a hot tub, which we were disappointed to learn is no longer there. Otherwise, everything else was great and as described.

Great location for hiking, biking, and skiing. We stayed for 1 month in the Fall. We really enjoyed living, and hiking in the mountains with beautiful views all around. We had everything we needed to live and work here. Easy access to Killington and Rutland.. Jon was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Thank you, Christine. Glad you enjoyed your stay. C u next year.
Everything was as expected. It was a very clean and fully functional apartment. It has a great location, ample firewood supply, and real close to workout facility. First time using a service like VRBO so I was hoping for the best. Location is great…quick access to slopes. Owner responds quickly to any questions you have.
I’m a travel nurse and rented this unit for approximately 3 months. It was the off season, so it was very quiet. We did get some snow my last week and the sidewalks were well maintained. I would stay here again in the future.
Basic but clean and comfortable place to stay, especially with our dog and kids. Great location! We enjoyed being so close to the lifts. The days we felt lazy, we would take the triple lift right in front of the unit, ski down Bushwacker (very easy green trail) to the quad lift. The condo was so close, making it easy to come in for lunch and breaks. Great communication with the owner too. Our family really enjoyed the sleds in the closet, thanks. The lifts stop at 4:00, and the A slope makes for great sledding after that. Can't wait to come back. Thanks again!
Location of condo is awesome. Very short walk to Pico lifts. The condo itself needs updating and repairs particularly in the bathrooms. The drapery needs replacing/repairs. Because you are the slope, you will hear the snow blowers all night. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. I found it expensive for what it is but that is the market and you are paying to be literally on the slope.

Yes, bathrooms and window treatments are scheduled for renovation during off season. Glad you enjoyed your stay, Jon
I previously only stayed off the Access Road and skied Killington for years. This condo gives views of the lifts at Pico and walking access to Pico base area. Pico mountain is a gem. It has great vertical and ski runs with character without the crowds. We skied Pico in the morning, did lunch at the condo, and then skied Killington in the afternoons. My 15 year old even got some solo morning runs at Pico when everyone else was sleeping in. The condo was super cozy and in good shape. Jon answered all of my questions. We also hit the Appalachian trail for some brief hiking in the snow, which is literally 2 seconds after you turn out of Pico with the trailhead on your right. You will have a wonderful stay if you book this place.
