The appartement is a classic riviera style building, in first floor, offering 2 bedrooms, a large living room/ dining room with small balcony, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower.
Monaco’s food market 5 min walk accessible with escalator, Larvotto Monaco’s beach 10 min walk accessible with public elevators. Restaurant, boulangerie, supermarket on the same street. Public parking 50 m from appartement. Housekeeping included once a week ( except in august)

déception

le pb c'est qu on Ă©tait 5 et le logement est pour 4! la propriĂ©taire a fait rectifier depuis l'annonce qui spĂ©cifiait un logement de 6 couchages. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s, la propriĂ©taire se dĂ©battait avec une fuite d'eau dans la cuisine, il a fallu attendre qu'un plombier vienne rĂ©parer! ensuite, le logement n'est pas insonorisĂ©, ni climatisĂ©! c'Ă©tait un vĂ©ritable four, et il y avait juste un tout petit ventilateur dans une piĂšce qu'elle appelle chambre mais qui est plutĂŽt un salon avec 2 lits canapĂ©s! pas une vraie chambre avec de vrais lits! je ne vous parle pas du vacarme nocturne! pas de double vitrage! les Ă©boueurs passent Ă  1h du matin, etc etc pas de place pour se garer, il y a bien un parking souterrain Ă  quelques mĂštres mais c'est 24 euros la journĂ©e! donc pour ĂȘtre honnĂȘte, je n'ai pas du tout aimĂ©, je me suis fier aux avis de votre site, j'en reste encore pantois! l'annonce spĂ©cifiait aussi un sĂ©che linge, ce que je vise quand je loue, et lĂ  aussi dĂ©ception, ce qu'elle appelle sĂ©che linge, c'est une corde Ă  linge accrochĂ©e Ă  la fenĂȘtre de la chambre! on croit rĂȘver quand on dĂ©couvre tout cela!

TrÚs agréable séjour

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, au centre ville, avec commerces et parking Ă  proximitĂ©, Ă  20 mns du Casino de Monaco. L’appartement est propre, spacieux, trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©. Et la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accommodante. Un logement que je recommande vraiment, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Wunderschöne Woche

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sauber und bis zum Details geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war da. Ein mal die Woche kommt Putzfrau. Alles hat super funktioniert ( SchlĂŒssel ĂŒbergabe - 2 MĂ€pchen, BegrĂŒĂŸungssekt und Snacks was will man noch mehr). In ein paar Schritte Indische, Portugisische Restaurant (empfehlenswert), 2 SupermĂ€rkte, Pizzeria, Morgens wenn man die BalkontĂŒr aufmachen riecht nach frische Brötchen (französische BĂ€ckerei neben HaustĂŒr). CASINO 10min. zu Fuß. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. DANKE Michele !

Large & airy flat. Convenient for Monaco. Cheap eateries very nearby.

A lovely apartment and excellent value. About 10 minutes (hilly) walk to Monte Carlo casino. Some tips that would have helped me. (1) There are a lot of cupboards; some are locked. The iron is in the cupboard under the kitchen window. There is a clothes hanger in the back-left corner of second "main" room. Sheets for pull-down sofa-bed in first "main" room are in cupboard in main bedroom. Sheets for the single sofa-beds in second main room are in cupboards in that room. Towels are in the cupboard under fuse box cupboard, in hallway by bathroom. The maid comes every Wednesday aftenoon. The hob is rather old-fashioned (as is the kettle) and youngsters might be unfamiliar with both! Washing machine and dishwasher worked fine. Freeboxalas wifi stopped at 9am on Sunday, but came on again that evening, and no more problems with it. For TV it's the standard French set-up. Use the black remote *only* to turn TV on and off. Use the larger grey remote for *everything* else. You are on the main Beausoleil street, so people used to rural peace & quiet might hear the traffic and people (I'm from the city so it is easy for me to block out). I thought that the cheap pizzeria at the top of the street (same side of road as flat, just before mini-roundabout) was superb. Overall, a good place to stay if you are working in Monaco. About 15 minutes to train station and 10 minutes to main bus stop if you want to use it as a Nice-to-Menton touring base.

"That was great experience! We used to stay 3 weeks June 26th – July 17th. Apartment is very beautiful in all details, even much better then on photos, very clean and comfortable. It looks like 5 star hotel with new bathrobes and sleepers for me and my daughter. Beautiful new bed liner and good quality of towels. Surprising, was a bottle of Champagne, we also found tea, coffee, marmalade, pasta and many other staff in fridge. Location very convenient for everything – beach just 15 min with elevator, Casino in 5 min. The best point – open market and many shops, which are work until later night – the only one place you can find in Monaco. Jus 10 min by walk to train station. Parking in 1 min and a lot of places for car. Madam Michele Sala kindly took us around the city and showed many great places. For sure, want to be back!"
