Villa fully equipped in beautiful area. Mercuer * is a village located between Aubenas and Vals-Les-Bains in the south of Ardeche. With an area of 7.57 km2, it had 350 inhabitants, 50 years ago, and 1205 at the census published in 2012, a density of 159.18 people per km2

Le logement n était pas tout à fait conforme aux photos :Pièces de vie sales, toiles d araignée et insectes morts présents depuis longtemps. Ouvertures de l accès aux dites pièces de vie toutes rouillées avec des morceaux de ferraille rouillés dans les rails .Vitres non nettoyés, équipements de cuisines obsolètes, installation électrique douteuse et plus aux normes.Terrasse menant à la piscine non désherber ,spa privatif non disponible .Nous devions nous charger du robot de la piscine et suite aux intempéries subies lors de notre séjour avorté,la propriétaire sur place ne nous a jamais demandé si nous avions besoin de quoique ce soit, ni même préoccuper de la façon dont nous allions nous reloger , Seul la salle de bain et la chambre était correct.Logement pas à la hauteur du standing Abritel.Nous n y retournerons pas .
