The farmhouse of fifteenth-sixteenth century origin is surrounded by splendid offers the possibility of a stay in complete tranquility and privacy in the midst of unspoiled nature, and an agro-pastoral landscape in which time seems suspended, and in which silence leaves the I pass to the dialogue of nature. The cottage has been renovated maintaining the characteristics of the typical Tuscan country house. The house is furnished with care and refinement in the decorations. The Villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 living room. Outside there is a large garden with swimming pool. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, gazebos, garden chairs and a barbecue. The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need. The structure is equipped with all comforts. The strategic location of the Villa also allows the discovery of places of great historical architectural charm such as Siena, Pienza, Monticchiello, Montepulciano, S. Quirico D 'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, S Giovanni d' Asso famous for its white truffle, Abbey of S. Antimo, Abbey of
Monte Oliveto Maggiore. You can also spend wonderful days in the Baths of Bagno Vignoni, Rapolano Terme, Bagni S. Filippo.

An amazing week in a peaceful Villa

We were impressed by the Villa and its location in a beautiful and peaceful area of Tuscany. We felt like if we were living in a postcard picture with a superb view in all directions on mountains with cypress. We could only ear the birds and the bells of a herd of sheeps in the background. Graziella was welcoming and giving us about very good restaurants and nice places to visit.

Fabulous!

Graziella is a wonderful, warm and generous host and the location of her beautiful home is ideal for exploring what (we feel) is the most beautiful part of Tuscany. Graziella brought us a bocce set for some evening diversion - and was ready with excellent recommendations of sights and activities. We will return as soon as we can, with real pleasure.

Tolles Haus mit kompletter Ruhe. Wir hatten einen tollen unkomplizierten Urlaub und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Durch den eher schlechten Empfang haben wir noch besser abschalten können und den Urlaub wirklich in vollen Zügen genießen können. Perfekt um mal aus dem stressigen Alltag auszubrechen :))

On a passe une semaine tres reposante dans un cadre merveilleux. Le lieu est tres calme. Accueil chaleureux de Graziella qui est tres reactive en cas de besoin. Maison ideale pour une famille. Nous etions 5 adultes, 3 enfants et un bebe.

Wundervolles, typisches Haus in bester Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist ein absolut authentisches toskanisches Landhaus, toll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, Pool und Garten perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen da und hatten jede Menge Platz. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit mehr oder weniger Fahrzeit sind in der Umgebung viele schöne Städte erreichbar. Die Vermieterin Graziella ist sehr nett! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

perfetta per compagnie di amici

ho soggiornato con amici in questa bellissima villa con piscina. Si trova in un posto molto tranquillo, in mezzo alla campagna toscana, perfetto per divertirsi in compagnia. La sua posizione permette inoltre di raggiungere facilmente città come Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino. L'unica pecca che il casale non predispone del clima, ed essendoci stati ad agosto faceva molto caldo. Graziella, la proprietaria, è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio!

Toller Urlaub mit sehr schönem, wenn auch älterem Haus.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage. Die Besitzerin war immer vor Ort, wenn sie gebraucht wurde. Die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig, vielleicht sollte das in die Hausbeschreibung mit einfließen. Wir haben tolle 14 Tage in der Toskana verbracht. Vielen Dank Graziella.

Toscana en estado puro

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia inolvidable en casa de Graziella. La casa es increíble, una casa de campo súper antigua pero reformada con mucho gusto y en un paraje increíble. Cuando piensas en la Toscana, es esa casa y esas colinas las que te vienen a la mente, con una luz preciosa y todo rodeado de cipreses. Pero sin duda, quien hace que la estancia sea aún más maravillosa. es Graziella!!! Un millón de gracias por todo, de verdad. Es la persona más hospitalaria del mundo. Le contratamos una cena y los desayunos de todos los días y se ha desvivido porque todo esté a nuestro gusto. Nos ha dado muy buenos consejos para disfrutar de la zona al máximo. Gracias a ella hemos disfrutado de un atardecer increíble cerca del Agriturismo Baccoleno, una pizza maravillosa en la Pizzeria Compagnia en Torrenieri e incluso nos reservó la visita y cata en la bodega Innocenti, toda una experiencia!! Mil gracias por todo Graziella, esperamos volver pronto. Un abrazo

Un posto conviviale di vero relax

Nonostante fosse inverno quando abbiamo soggiornato (27-30 Dicembre) e non in grado di godere al massimo del giardino e della piscina, abbiamo passato un piacevolissimo soggiorno in questo bel casale. Nei dintorni, facilmente raggiungibili, Siena, Abbazia di Monte Oliveto, Montepulciano, Pienza. Graziella è stata molto gentile ed accogliente. Raccomando caldamente per soggiorni in famiglia o tra amici

Prachtig landhuis op een unieke plek in het Toscaanse landschap

Samen met mijn kinderen en kleinkinderen (3 gezinnen) hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad op deze unieke plek. Het is een oase van rust en je ruikt, ziet en hoort alleen de prachtige natuur. s’Morgens wakker worden is elke dag een feest. Voor elk gezin is er voldoende privacy en de gezamenlijke ruimtes zijn ruim en gezellig. Heerlijk zwembad gelegen in een prachtige tuin die helemaal omheind is. Hele leuke kleine dorpjes kort in de buurt en alle mooie steden binnen max 1,5 uur rijden bereikbaar. Het landweggetje naar de woning toe is een uitdaging ( stijl omlaag) maar het huis dat dan op het einde zichtbaar wordt is het helemaal waard. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom het perfecte huis voor het ontvluchten van de drukte van alle dag. Mensen zie je er niet, alleen af en toe een kudde schapen die langs komt gelopen.

une maison de caractère dans un écrin de rêve

la maison est très agréable, spacieuse et confortable avec beaucoup de cachet. Son environnement est fabuleux au coeur de la campagne toscane dont on profite aisément depuis les nombreux endroits aménagés dans le jardin. Le seul petit dérangement de nos vacances ont été les chiens des maisons alentour (pourtant éloignées) qui ont aboyés en continu la nuit. Graziella a été une hôte charmante et disponible.

Schönste Ferien seit lange Zeit

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man kann sich toll erholen und hat völlig seine Ruhe. Das Innere und Äussere des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Un piccolo paradiso

Quando abbiamo prenotato questa casa non potevamo immaginare quello che avremmo trovato. Dalle fotografie e cordialità della sua propietaria in tutto il proceso, sapevamo che stavamo andando a un bel posto in Toscana per trascorrere le nostre vacanze. Ma al arrivo, siamo entrati in un sogno che non volevamo lasciare! Se la disponibilità e gentilezza di Graziella era già grande on-line, è stato ancora maggiore in vivo. La casa si trova in un piccolo paradiso: tranquilità, belleza pura Toscana, solitudine (solo paesaggio intorno, niente di più). Tutto quello che cercavamo ma moltiplicato per mille. E la casa e il giardino non possono essere descritte in poche parole. Si trata di una eleganza rurale dove non manca nulla. E’spaziosa (eravamo 10 persone e c’era spazio dappertutto). Si sente tranquilità e buon gusto. L’esterno e sempre pulito e curato. Le fotografie della casa su internet non riflettono ciò che offre questo piccolo palazzo rurale. Consigliato cento per cento. Grazie, Graziella. Ci ritorneremo!

The most relaxing holidays with family and friends

For two weeks we had the chance to stay in the beautiful house. Two families with 5 children had lots of space to relax, play, swim in the pool, run around the house.... The communication was friendly and we got lots of information about the region and what to do, where to eat pizza.... No neighbours made it even better, the backyard is totally surrounded by fields with sheeps. We can recommend it 100% to everybody!!!! Claudia

Casa ampia e carina..occhio al riscaldamento!

Soggiorno piacevole..casa ampia e carina..camere spaziose..gradita la presenza della lavastoviglie.. unica pecca, il costo eccessivo del riscaldamento utilizzato poche ore la sera per tre soli giorni..

Per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento, nelle case in campagna non c'e' il metano come nelle citta' ma il Gpl che e' un po' piu costoso. Comunque ci sono nella casa anche stufe e caminetto. Well located charming house

Very nice old farm resting behind the hill, fAr from the road. Perfectly located in val d orcia with many villages and towns less than an hour drive away: sienna, montepulciano, montalcino, pienza, trasimene lake ... Very convenient for two families or 4 couples. We had a great time and graziella is very helpful I recommend it

Oh la belle "maison dans la prairie" toscane !!!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison la dernière semaine de juillet 2015 : c'était une parenthèse enchantée. La maison est très grande, pratique et ouverte sur l'extérieur. Deux familles peuvent facilement se répartir les 4 chambres et les 3 salles de bain comme nous l'avons fait à 9. Deux cuisines sont disponibles, mais nous n'avons utilisé que celle du rez-de-chaussée ouverte sur l'extérieur. L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être plus fourni, mais ça reste tout à fait suffisant. La maison est à l'écart de la route et sans voisinage proche. On se sent seul au monde et au calme. La piscine domine un paysage de rêve, des moutons viennent des fois vous saluer... La situation géographique est bonne pour rayonner autour et admirer les beaux paysages et les villages pittoresques toscans. Et en plus, Graziella est une hôtesse charmante et serviable qui vous aidera à bien vous installer et à découvrir cette magnifique région. Nous espérons y revenir un jour !!!
