About this property

My apartment is in a building with guardian and lift. There are 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen, balcony with an original collection of cactuses,, completely equipped for max 4 people ( plus a baby ), careful and comfortable furniture with plenty of pictures and artistic photos, washing machine, LED television in each bedroom, DVD, radio+CD player, free internet wi-fi, independent free heating, fans in each room for summer. The flat is within a few minutes walk from the subway station to historical centre and touristic sights such as Vesuvio, Pompei, Ercolano.
The area is nice and quiet, there are all the shops you can need for daily routine: supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, pharmacy, take away pizzeria, small typical restaurant, café, garage nearby where you can safely leave your car. The flat is easy to reach by underground from the station, by taxi from the airport ( 10 min. ), by motorway if you come by car. You can get to the city centre both by subway and on foot; on the way you can see the Vesuvio, some ancient buildings and you can also visit the Museo Archeologico Nazionale, one of most famous museums in Europe.
As hosts, we are helpful and accomodating; we can also give suggestions about what to see, where and what to eat, about the amenities and the unusual sightseeings. The apartment is gay friendly and pet friendly

Un appartement atypique dans un environnement calme

Marisa nous a réservé un excellent accueil et nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour visiter Naples. Elle nous a également donné des informations sur les tableaux et divers objets présents dans le logement. L'immeuble (très propre et sécurisé) est très bien placé dans un quartier calme à 10 mn à pied du métro. Il est bien desservi en épiceries diverses. La literie est très bonne, l'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. Ce n'est pas un appartement moderne et l'espace de vie est petit (cuisine). Il y a un agréable balcon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions Marisa pour son accueil, les fruits et le vin qu'elle avait mis à notre attention à l'arrivée. nous recommandons cet appartement.

Convenient location

This was a very pleasant stay. Easy to get around with public transport. Property is as advertised, although we would have appreciated a living room area to relax after long days out. Somewhat noisy with the passing traffic. Still, it was comfortable and clean otherwise, and host Marissa and her husband very welcoming and helpful.

Un Viaggio nel Viaggio

Siamo stati nell'appartamento museo (cosi lo abbiamo ribattezzato!!!) per una settimana. Tutto perfetto e corrispondente alla descrizione. Sig.ra Marisa, la proprietaria accogliente e discreta, ci ha dato tante informazioni e dritte utilissime. La casa una vera scoperta: e non solo per noi adulti ma anche per nostro figlio di sette anni! Una volta rientrati a fine giornata il tuffo nella meravigliosa Napoli continuava anche tra le mura. Una casa ricca di storia e carattere, con una personalità di cui vi innamorerete. E inoltre ogni confort necessario, acqua sempre calda, riscaldamento a vostra discrezione, biancheria e utensili a portata di mano. Cosa'altro aggiungere?! Grazie di Cuore e "a atras bortas"

Calme et proche des transports.

A 8mn à pieds du métro, on rallie le centre ville très facilement. Commerces à 5mn à pieds. Résidence très calme dans une ville qui bouge tout le temps. L'appartement est pratique, équipé et atypique. Merci à Marisa pour s'être adaptée à nos horaires d'avion.
