Clean and spacious

This property was very nice. A good location and the security was great. The only downside is that it didn’t have air conditioning and because of the great location it was a little noisy at night.

Wonderful apartment in the historic city

This apartment is perfectly situated to explore the city, starting with the Historic Center. It was also convenient to tour pick-ups. The apartment is large, very clean and well-furnished. Dafne was the perfect host. Responded to every question promptly. Great eating places and grocery stores within yards of the apartment! Gelato right next door!

Great location close to Spacca Napoli

Loved staying at this place. Spacious rooms except for bathroom but still bigger than most places we have stayed in Italy. Right in the centre of historical Naples and its historical sights and the bustling Spacca Napoli. However the apartment was quiet and was a great place to retreat to when it got a bit too busy outside. We also were able to great nights sleep. It is a 11 minute walk from Piazza Cavour Train Station. Pavement is cobblestone and very uneven so recommend coming with small bags or backpacks like we did. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely here stay again.

Dafne was an excellent host and was hands on.

Dafne is a host extraordinaire! From pre-arrival coordination till departure, she was always helpful and consultative! The downtown location was perfect, being steps from many pizzerias and especially the oldest pizza makers in the history of world, not just Naples! Cute apartment with all the gadgets! Expect to step into a neighborhood of busy streets with great restaurants! Give it a try! Harry and Jeanne

Fantastic property, wonderful hosts.

I spent four weeks here, in the middle of old town Naples. The apartment is spacious by European and maybe even American standards. It’s a little dark because historic Naples is tall buildings and narrow alleys, and this is on the first floor (floor above ground floor). The apartment has everything you need, and I cooked some amazing meals there with groceries from the nearby shops. My hosts were incredibly friendly and gracious. In fact, we got along so well that I even went vi out for a coffee a few times with one of them, I learned tons about the city and it’s history.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location

The apartment is quiet, bright and clean and has plenty of room for a family. We really wished we could have stayed longer both in the apartment and in Naples, we absolutely loved both. Dafne and her brother were ready to greet us at the apartment when we arrived and had made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and it is really easy to access. We would highly recommend staying in Dafne’s apartment as well as staying in the Centro Storico, both are magical. Thank you Dafne, we hope to be back in two years for the next school trip and this time we intend to stay longer.

Wonderful accommodations, welcoming hosts, great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Dafne and Fabiano’s lovely apartment. As hosts, they were the best: welcoming, attentive, and responsive. The furnished apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, good WiFi, cable TV, comfortable and, no small thing, plenty of hot water. The location, in the midst of Napoli's historic center, is perfect for those who wish to explore the old city. It is just off via del Tribunali, one of the original main streets laid out by the Greek founders. There are a host of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes as well as small stores and a supermarket. Close to many of Napoli's historic sites and within easy access to others. We can’t say enough about how perfect everything was. We highly recommend booking a stay with Dafne and Fabiano.

Overall great stay

Good:-incredibly central, but quiet and cool inside, you will feel like a local staying here-dafne is super accomodating, helpful, and quick to respond-huge place for the cost-extremely convenient location, you have grocery store next door and pretty much everything else you need in a block radius, 10 min walk to train station and 20-25 euros taxi from airport (which dafne suggested we do and we also recommend everyone else to do esp if you have luggage)To improve:- floor was a lil dirty, looks clean but as I walked around, socks were collecting a bit of dirt, not sure if we were expected to wear shoes indoors but we would have appreciated if owner provided sandles also?- the laundry machine was broken, we were looking forward to using it as we had some dirty laundry to wash- theres a bit of a sewage smell from the bedroom, just to be aware for other people staying as i do not think it has anything to do with the place itself, and be mindful naples/via san paolo in itself is a bit dirty so if anything the place was a nice getaway.

Perfect Place

The apartment was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t be beat! Host was quick with communications and problem solving (problem created by ourselves). Highly recommend and wish we could have had a longer stay. If we come back to Naples, this will be the place we book again.

Ruhige, einfache Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, ohne besonderen Komfort, das Bad ist sehr schmal. Einige kleinere Reparaturen (Besteckschubladw, Toilettensitz) wären sinnwohl, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Super Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Great location!

What a great apartment! It is centrally located and it accommodated my family nicely. We chose this apartment because of its proximity to the trains, as well as the neighborhood it’s in (very lively!). It wasn’t too noisy either. It was the perfect place to stay. Dafne was a lovely host too. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Apartamento céntrico pero tranquilo

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente. En pleno casco antiguo cerca de la vías principales, pero a la vez es tranquilo. El dueño fue muy amable a nuestra llegada, nos explicó muchas cosas acerca de la situación y lugares que visitar. Sin embargo no recomendaría está estancia, el apartamento está sucio y lleno de chismes. Nada más que le dieran un lavado de cara sería perfecto. Una pena.

Location location location

Perfect place to stay if you really want to be in the middle of all the craziness that is the Centro Historico. Its noisy, crazy busy, packed with people on foot, motorbikes, cars all crammed into tiny cobbled streets. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat this is not the place for you. The flat was great....roomy with everything we needed. Dafni was kind enough to organise a taxi when we left. ...we loved it

Fantastic location and great place!

Such a nice spot in Naples in the heart of all the fun. It was great being able to choose from so many amazing food choices within 20 meters from our door. But it still wasn’t too loud in the apartment. We were there with our 9 month old and in addition to a travel crib, there was a high chair in the apartment and even some fun toys too! Thanks for a great stay!
