Spacious new Villa, very well equipped offering high-end services as part of a small private residence, secure and very quiet. Access on foot to golf, tennis and beach.

It easily accommodates 10 people with its 5 bedrooms, including a master suite, 4 bathrooms equipped with walk-in shower or spa bath and private WC. New high-end bedding (Treca).

Cathedral living room 70 m² with granite island kitchen, bar, designer dining room, living room with large leather corner sofa.

High standard equipment: air conditioning (silent), HDTV Sat, DVD, WIFI internet, HIFI. New designer furniture. Mezzanine with office.

Large heated swimming pool (12 m long) not overlooked, with shutters, bordered by a large panoramic terrace (240 m²) perfectly equipped (6 sun loungers, BBQ and plancha, dining terrace for 10 people, teak furniture, lounge designer garden) and for the siesta the hammock under the pines.

6VTT available + BB seats + children trailer

++ services: mid and end of stay cleaning, reception, assistance, sheets and towels included.

Massages and beautician option at the villa optional

Fantastic week

We had such a great week and loved the house - it is really well equipped and perfect for two families. We especially liked the pool and being able to walk or cycle to the beach. Pascal, the owner, could not have been more helpful and hospitable. We will definitely return!

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Ruhig gelegen, am Golfplatz, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, abseits des Trubel vom Zentrum Moliets. Die Ausstattung, der große Pool... Alles was das Urlaubsherz höher schlagen lässt und zur absoluten Erholung führt. Leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie in den vorherigen Kommentaren beschrieben. Trotzdem ist dieses Haus absolut zu empfehlen.

parfait !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette magnifique villa ! l'emplacement est idéal, la plage est à 5mn à vélo (vélos fournis avec la location ), de même pour le centre-ville, la résidence est calme. En plus d'être luxueuse et bien décorée, la maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La piscine, chauffée à 27° est un régal. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons sans hésitez.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Das Objekt übertrifft die Beschreibung im Internet noch. Der Pool ist großartig, Ausstattung und Badezimmer sind super. Wir waren als Familie da und konnten uns toll verteilen. Alles hell und freundlich. Das Haus hat überall große Dachüberstände mit umlaufender Terrasse, so dass man immer Schatten oder Sonne nach Wahl aufsuchen kann. Toll der Blick in das Naturgrundstück hinter dem Pool. Der Garten ist sehr gut angelegt und ermöglicht ungestörtes Chillen, Schwimmen, Sonnen. Der Strand ist wirklich nahe, so dass man auch zwischendurch nur mal kurz hingehen kann. Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen und wollen nächstes Jahr gleich noch mal dahin.

Très belle villa au bord de l'océan

Très belle maison au goût du jour dans résidence fermée proche de la plage des chênes lièges. Le propriétaire est attentionné pour ses locataires (sapin de Noël disponible, produits régionaux offerts) et soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour. Toute la famille a adoré.

We had a fabulous holiday, pascal was very understanding and did more than we could expect for us

The villa was spectacular, very clean, lots of equipment, pool superb. The bedrooms and kitchen were very well equipped, very comfortable. The owner couldn't do enough for Us. The area was beautiful and the local beaches were spectacular. We did not want to leave, the time went so quickly. My whole family came, so 7 adults and three small children, it was superb for all. We would love to return one day.

Fantastic vila in a beautiful location

As a family group of 9 ranging in age from 11-70 (plus dog), this villa was a fantastic find. It truly did have everything we could possibly wish for in a holiday villa. The position was exactly as described, a 10 minute cycle or 20 minute walk from the beach (the beach is amazing!) The resort of Moliets was close enough to walk to for the restaurants and shops, but far enough away not to hear any noise when it was busy. We loved exploring the area and also had a few day trips to Biarritz, San Jean de Luz, Bayonne, San Sebastian and caught the train up La Rhune. We did have a few small problems while we were there but these were sorted out by Pascal as quickly as he could. The bikes needed a bit of work doing to them when we arrived but luckily my husband was happy to fix punctures and adjust brakes so that they worked. This did make it rather frustrating when we were instructed to remove every last speck of sand from them on our departure day but that is part of the contract. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa to everyone - and Pascal goes out of his way to ensure your holiday is faultless. The icing on the cake was that my son left his oldest cuddly toy in the villa when we left - but this was returned to us when we got home. Fantastic customer service.

Parfait

Nous avons passé en famille (9 adultes et 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans )une semaine dans cette villa . Nous rentrons enchantés .Très bien située , près de l'océan (environ 20 mns à pied , 10 mns en velo sur sentier dédié), près de l'academie de tennis et de golf (en velo 15 mns , en voiture presque plus long!), cette villa offre tout le confort dans un cadre moderne . Calme , pas de vis à vis du côté piscine , la villa donne sur la pinède , un régal . Mr Corbel , le propriétaire est réactif et courtois .Il est épaulé par Rachel sur place , qui gère toutes les questions ou petits soucis , attentionnée et chaleureuse .Le couchage est très confortable , la climatisation de toute la maison a été très appréciée surtout dans les deux chambres sous les toits . Je viens de demander à Mr Corbel une pré resa pour l'an prochain . hélas , la maison est déjà prise ... Nous reviendrons , c'est certain

Ne cherchez plus vous avez trouvé , c'est le lieu idéal pour passer vos vacances, que ce soit en famille avec bébé et enfants ou entre amis! De la réservation toute en confiance avec un propriétaire très à l écoute et attentionné , jusqu'à a l'arrivée avec un accueil sans égal par Rachel , tout est impeccable La maison est grande et agréable , les chambres sont toutes chaleureuses et confortables L'équipement de cuisine est parfait avec notamment une plancha au top et des poêles qui n'accrochent pas! La piscine est magnifique bordée d'un espace naturel reposant La vue est magnifique tout en hauteur sur les pins, au calme, sans vis à vis, tout est propice au repos et à la détente Le linge de maison serviettes draps peignoir sentent bon, on se sent comme chez soi et je l'avais d'ailleurs lu dans d'autre commentaires, ce que je confirme donc! Il y a des vélos, des "jeux" piscine pour les enfants, des fauteuils autour de la piscine nombreux... Etc...... Que dire de plus, vous ne manquerez absolument de rien! Boulangerie a 10mn en vélo ou une autre a 10mn en voiture avec aussi un u express Plage splendide à proximité avec le golf superbe J en oublie sûrement mais tout est parfait, vous n aurez qu'une envie : y retourner!!!!!

Juste parfait

Deux familles 5 enfants dont 1 bébé de 6 mois: Une maison parfaitement adaptée qui vit avec vous ... Ce n'est pas une maison de location mais un prolongement de chez vous.... Avec des petits détails agréables, soignés et beaucoup de raffinement et de goût. Il ne manquait rien... Sauf une semaine de plus de vacances pour pouvoir rester encore quelques jours! Je ne peux que vous la recommander avec un remerciement tout particulier pour Rachel qui est d'une grande gentillesse

A great place to enjoy your holidays

The villa is a great place to enjoy the holidays. It has a calm neighborhood, everything is clean, the interior is on a high standard, you have more than enough space and it is only a 10 Minute walk to the beach. The landlord takes care of you whenever you need something. We were completely satisfied with the service. Summery: absolutely recommendable!

Lovely Landes

Une maison très agréable à vivre aux volumes très généreux décorée avec beaucoup de goût, où il fait vraiment bon se retrouver au calme. Un séjour au calme parfai...

Un séjour au calme parfait dans un cadre verdoyant qui a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. L'accueil est très sympathique,la villa est spacieuse, agencée avec beaucoup de soins et avec tout le confort moderne que l'on peut souhaiter. Piscine, jardin et villa entretenus pendant le séjour; le propriétaire et l'équipe technique sont attentifs et disponibles pour tout problème pouvant survenir.
