Fantastic week!

We had a great week. The chalet was wonderfully spacious and practically furnished. Basically there are two apartments above each other. The host was very helpful and friendly. She realy thinks along with you. The skiing was also fantastic. From the chalet by bus you can easily reach roc d'orsay or the train station. Without ski shoes its a 10 minute walk to roc d'orsay (telecabine). There were enough slopes for one week. The area is very much suitable for families with children.

Beautiful chalet with an outstanding view

We (a large, extended family) spent a week in this lovely, comfortable chalet in Chesieres. The view was expansive and amazing! Snow covered mountain peaks, rocky peaks, green trees and the valley below! We sat for hours enjoying the view! The chalet was well equipped and had nice linens and big comfy towels. The kitchens were well equipped and easy to work with. A large table was present on the upper floor which accommodated our large group. There were some games for the younger children to play with and a small grassy area with a swing, trampoline and sun chairs for when the weather was good. There were many books and DVDs available. The owner was amiable and easy to contact when needed. The chalet is in a great location for summer activities and stores are nearby. We were all sad when the time came to leave!

Un chalet de charme dans une région de charme

Magnifique séjour, nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes adultes et nous avons profité de la localisation optimale pour visiter la région. Enchantés, à l'arrivée le chalet était très propre ce que j'aimerais préciser ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas lors de locations . Le chalet de charme était tout équipé pour nous accueillir confortablement yc. bbq, une excellente literie (yc. couettes et coussins ce qui est rare), les cuisines fonctionnelles et la vaisselle complète(merci au propriétaire).

Empfehlenswert !

Sehr gemütliches Haus, mit viel Charme und sehr geräumig. Gute Lage (Aussicht), sehr ruhig und nicht weit von Busstation zu den Skianlagen und zum Dorfkern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, seh zu empfehlen.

"The chalet was lovely, s...

"The chalet was lovely, spacious and clean with great views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. It is divided into two aprartments so ideal for 2 families but not so great if you are looking for one big communal area. The owners were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The chalet is perched at the top of a steep hill which was very icy when we were there so tricky even by foot. Best to keep skis at the telecabine - the journey from the chalet to Villars and then to ski area can take a long time! Great to have a holiday without a car".
