It is located on the Costa del Sol Axarquia, province of Malaga. Only 500 meters from the town of Iznate, 8 km from the beach, 14 km from Torre Del Mar, the Water Park and the Golf Courses and 28 km from Malaga city.

My partner, myself and our dog had the most amazing 4 week stay at this fantastic villa. The hosts, Jose and Ana were wonderfull; they kept us informed prior to our visit and during it, but they were not instrusive, just came to clean the pool and pick fruit for us. The villa has everything that you could possibly need for your stay with the most stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, including the beautiful pueblo blanco: Iznate, that you can easily walk to within 10 minutes and the beaches 15 minutes away by car. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave.

Nice villa with a fantastic view

The villa is spacious with a big patio and pool overlooking the village of Iznate which is a few minutes away. The villa had everything we needed, is quiet and clean. Jose was very welcoming and helpful. Torre del Mar is 15 minutes away where we found a big shopping center and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Place

We had a wonderful visit. The home was lovely, up in the hills with a beautiful view. You’ll need to grab groceries and things on the way up but it’s close enough to Nerja that you can be there in 30 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Excellent and beautiful location

This is the most beautiful property and very well maintained by Jose and Ana. I could write for hour's about there attention to detail and help with your stay but take a look at the photo's as they really don't do the property and surroundings justice, IT IS JUST AWESOME AMAZING BEAUTIFUL STUNNING and i didn't want to come home. My ownly thing i could advise future guest's would be the pool isn't heated but absolutely beautiful and the main double bed isn't a king-size but very comfy with great Aircon in all bedrooms. Thanks you again Jose and Ana, look forward to seeing you again soon.

We'll be back!

We were there at the beginning of April and it was wonderful, the nature was beautifully green, the view was magnificent and the weather breathtaking. The pool was still a bit cold but the midday sun was so strong that you could go swimming. The town of Iznate is beautiful and the people are very nice and helpful. Jose and his wife were also very friendly and were immediately available to answer questions (by phone and in person in an emergency). You quickly notice his love of animals and it is literally infectious. All in all, the holiday in connection with this accommodation was a lesson for me and my friends. Spain and especially Jose and his accommodation were worth all the effort. Highly recommended.

The house and gardens are very well kept and individually fenced so everything is extremely safe for dogs and small childen. Everything you need was there bbq swimming pool chairs sun loungers and the inside of the house is well stocked. There is a smart tv so we could plug our computer into as there was only spanish tv programmes available. Extremely clean well set out bungalow. The only downside for us was the nervous disposition and mobility of some of the party. Had the description advised that the road down to the villa was extremely steep (like coming over the top of a roller coaster) we would not have booked the property. They were unable to walk their dog in the morning as the access roads are concrete or mud and very steeply inclined.

But you should know that the holography of the area is not a plain, but a place with small hills and the roads, although they are in good condition, have ups and downs. Even the streets of the towns in the area also have slopes. This is the charm of this area. I'm sorry that your mobility problems have not allowed you to go for a walk with your dog in the environment as you would have liked.

Outstanding and breathtaking views!

We booked this place for a month. It’s what we would describe as a classic Spanish-style villa, and in an area that is not touristy at all which is just what we were looking for. The locals got on with their daily lives and were very friendly. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and everything worked well. It was great to have a washing machine so we could wash and wear our clothes again. The beds and especially the pillows were super comfortable (I have to find out the make of the pillows - no more neck ache!) It was really handy to have aircon in the bedrooms but even though there was no aircon in the living and kitchen area there was a lovely breeze that kept it cool. The water was always nice and hot and the water pressure was amazing - that’s so important for a good shower ;-) It was, however, the outside that sold it for us. José and his lovely wife, Ana, clearly love their garden and it really shows. It was a pleasure to spend time relaxing around the pool and garden area. Our huge thanks go to the hosts José and Ana who were fantastic in their communications and response time when we needed them. If we could give a 10-star for them we would!

Urlaub Anfang August 2024

Der Urlaub in diesen wunderbaren Haus war wunderschön . Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern . Egal ob man sich im Pool abkühlen oder ein lecker Steak Grillen möchte , es ist einfach mega .Der Ausblick vor allen am Morgen ist wunderschön . Ana und Jose waren von Anfang bis Ende für uns da . Phantastisch

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen im Juwel von José. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos kombiniert mit einem sehr freundlichen und flexiblen Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Weitblick. Der Pool wird durch eine Solaranlage mit geheizt. Wellness pur! Wir bedanken uns für eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach super

Das Haus liegt im grünen, auf einer Anhöhe mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Das Haus verfügt über einen Pool mit Liegen. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und kann beheizt werden. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und verfügt über mehrere Sitzplätze. Das Haus selbst ist gut eingerichtet.

Objetivo realizado

Un sitio estupendo para relajarse,en plena naturaleza. La villa limpia y totalmente equipada. Una piscina excelente que de vez en cuando hechaba agua calentita,al tener placas solares. Se mantenía a una buenísima temperatura. Con una cama balinesa para relajarte. Con su buena barbacoa.... Los dueños de la finca muy amables. Intentaremos volver.

Traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Als wir ankamen waren wir erstmal vom schönen Panoramablick auf die faszinierende spanische Berglandschaft begeistert. Die Vermieter zeigten uns das Haus und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und mit einer super Ausstattung. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und auf hohem Standard. Besonders gut hat uns auch die typische andalusische Einrichtung gefallen. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Stunning villa

This was a birthday present from my husband, when we arrived the first thing we saw were the spectacular views all around the villa . The villa itself was lovely, totally private and secure. Having our own pool was fantastic. A/C is in the bedrooms only and it did get extremely hot in the open plan living and kitchen area. We bought a couple of fans and that worked well. We struggled slightly with the very small oven in the kitchen which is mounted on the wall we found it difficult to cook our meals in it.( not a major issue) We are not lovers of bbqs however there is a large barbecue oven out side It’s a short walk into the village of lznate and there are a couple of pubs, and the local people are really helpful be prepared for a steep hill next to the pool bar. Overall the owners have kept this villa spotless with excellent maintained grounds and we would certainly return.

Veldig fint og rent hus, fantastisk utsikt og rolig og fint nabolag. Bassenget var rent og fint. Alt i alt en veldig fin opplevelse og vi reiser gjerne tilbake. Med leiebil er det lett og komme seg rundt til både shoppingsenter og bysentrum. Anbefales!

Un séjour exceptionnel au cœur de l’Andalousie

La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée et très confortable! Elle est bien adaptée pour les familles avec enfants. L’extérieur offre une grande terrasse avec barbecue, et une piscine entièrement sécurisée. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathiques. L’environnement permet de belles balades, Iznate est accessible à pied depuis la maison. Málaga est à 20 minutes en voiture et offre toutes les commodités et commerces nécessaires. La plage la plus proche est à 10 minutes. Merci pour ce séjour mémorable! Nous espérons revenir à l’occasion!

Une promesse tenue...

Une villa exceptionnelle dans un cadre magique de tranquillité. La description est conforme a ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Belle piscine sécurisée, grande maison, immense terrasse avec patio et barbecue extérieur. Literie de très bonne qualité et équipements de la maison à la hauteur. Il n y a vraiment rien à redire pour passer des vacances paisibles et reposantes. A deux pas de malaga et à deux heures max de Séville, Cordoue, Ronda, Mijas et 1 du parc naturel de Antequera. Bref encore merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir confié leur splendide villa dans laquelle garer un camion 9 places ne pose aucun problème. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Un très bel environnement avec une vue magnifique sur les alentours. La maison est très propre, confortable et bien équipée mais nous avons surtout profité de son très bel espace terrasse et de sa piscine. Le logement est à 10 minutes en voiture des grands axes routiers, donc il est assez facile de sillonner pour les visites. Le village d'Iznate est charmant. Les propriétaires sont accessibles et très réactifs. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
