Wonderful week in a perfect house

The house and surrounding are even much better than the pictures. Much space inside and outside, silence and a beautiful view. The house is very well equipped including a washing machine, which is not listed in the discription.

Posizione fantastica e tranquilla

The property offers a quiet as well as relaxing stay, lacking nothing. The house is in good condition and is very clean. The property is as described and beautiful to look at. Sebastiano, the landlord is a very nice and friendly host as well as accommodating. We can recommend the property without hesitation if someone expects peace and quiet.

Simply fantastic, everything! From Mina and Sebastiano - very nice persons, great communication, to the house, facilities and garden. The house is very well equipped, very clean, just enough for a family of three. Terase and garden are amazing and the BBQ is essential and very nice. Thanks Mina and Sebastiano! Would love to come back in the coming years.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Olivenhain

We waren net na de mei vakantie in dit huis. Heerlijk rustige plek om even bij te komen. Sardinië is prachtig en de stranden dichtbij het huis waren ook supermooi en binnen handbereik. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!

Vacances de Paques en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sebastiano et Mina. La maison est très très propre, bien entretenue et super bien équipée. Le jardin est superbe, dépaysement garanti. Perfekt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und ruhigen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Meine Schwester und ich haben uns eine Auszeit gegönnt und haben uns sehr über diese perfekte Unterkunft gefreut. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und somit konnte der Urlaub sofort beginnen. Das Haus steht auf einer Anhöhe mit eigener Zufahrt und Tor. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Auf dem Gelände ist jede Menge Platz, auch für Kinder. Ich möchte dort bald auch mit meinem Mann und unseren beiden Kindern Urlaub zu machen!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Großartig!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Es liegt in traumhafter und ruhiger Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen und weiteren Obstbäumen. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse hatten wir einen tollen Bllick über den Garten mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zu tollen Stränden und dem netten Städtchen Orosei. Sebastiano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Uns ist es schwer gefallen abzureisen - wir kommen jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder!!!

Den ganzen Tag lärmt es !

Morgens ab 6 Uhr lärmte es vom nahe gelegenen Steinbruch! Ab 9 Uhr lärmten Millionen von Zikaden in den umgebenden Bäumen. Und das bis 21 Uhr abends- durchgehend. Wir waren nur 6 Tage gebucht- sind dennoch einen Tag früher abgereist. NICHT AUSZUHALTEN !

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht in traumhafter Lage. Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min in Orosei oder auch am Strand. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Objekt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Schwierigkeiten sofort erreichbar. Kinder können laut sein, da es keine Nachbarn hat. An den Fenstern sind überall Moskitonetze. Mit dem Auto sind die schönen Strände und das Städtchen Orosei in 5 - 15 Min. erreichbar. Internet funktioniert tadellos. Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen. Einzig das warme Wasser war nicht immer zuverlässig verfügbar.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen entfernten Meerblick. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen inmitten einer Plantage. Dadurch ist es herrlich ruhig und wunderbar zum Entspannen geeignet. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Zum Abkühlen gibt es eine Außendusche, so lässt es sich auch an heißen Tagen gut aushalten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die gesamte Kommunikation mit Giacomina und Sebastiano vom Check in über Fragen zwischendurch bis zur Verabschiedung nach zwei Wochen verlief sehr gut. Unser Haus war hochwertig sardisch und liebevoll durchdacht eingerichtet. Wir waren die meiste Zeit des Tages auf der Terrasse vorm Haus mit schönem Blick auf den Golf und umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Pfirsich und Aprikosen. Außer ein paar Hunden aus dem 3km entfernten Orosei hatten wir unsere Ruhe. Selbst unsere Gastgeber haben wir nur am ersten und letzten Tag gesehen, es wurde sehr auf unsere Privatsphäre geachtet. Kurz, wir hätten keinen schöneren Platz für unsere Hochzeitsreise finden können. Danke und liebe Grüße an Giacomina und Sebastiano 😊🤗🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Wir haben Ende September/Anfang Oktober zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Landhaus verbracht. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse aus ist wunderbar, konnten von dort aus ein paar wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Auch die Außendusche inmitten von Oleandern war super. Je nach Windrichtung ist der bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnte Marmorsteinbruch Wochentags in den Morgenstunden zu hören. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist davon allerdings nichts mehr zu hören. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser schönen Umgebung sehr genossen und die sympathischen Gastgeber Sebastiano und Mina haben sich die 5 Sterne voll verdient🙂
