Full of fantasy, 4km from Bergerac. isolated house, at the edge of a small road, bungalow in the middle of fields, 1km from the Dordogne and a village shops.

- a closed garden of 700m2 + small wood in the shade in the middle of the fields.
In the garden: terrace, arbor, table, armchairs, deck chairs, barbecue.
4 adult bicycles, 1 children's cart, 4 children's bikes,
Tri cycles, scooters, various games, .duplo, croquet .....
The house has city water.
In summer there's no heating, it's a cool house.
You bring your towels for the Dordogne lake or pool.
For those who love, on July 14 in Bergerac there is an exceptional fireworks on the Dordogne,
otherwise festivals throughout the region.
MARVILLE is located in a secluded, quiet, 4km from Bergerac
                              1 km from Prigonrieux.(village with Shops, Tobacco, Carrefour, Doctor, Veterinary, Media library ....)
