You house the ground floor with an area of 95m2 fully independent, decorated with care, include 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with single bed. Large bright living room and modern fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. Outside coast a tree house perched for the pleasures of your children. A buried swimming pool with its fully furnished and equipped pool house.
