Enjoy the North Myrtle Beach area in this adorable beach home available for monthly rentals. Available Dec 1st, 2020 - Mar 25th, 2021. (90-day minimum) This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home accommodates nine and is perfectly situated in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The house is within walking distance to the beach and is only 2 blocks away.

This beautifully decorated home has a downstairs master bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs there is another room with a queen bed and access to the balcony. And the final room has a twin over full bunk bed and a sleeper sofa with a TV and Playstation 2. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch with a large 42” TV, Cable and DVD player. The open concept living area allows guests to enjoy each other's company, while the large private bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience. The home has wireless Internet access and an outdoor grill. All linens and towels can be supplied. Non Smoking Only.

The house is walking distance to the 19th Ave public beach access, restaurants and shopping. We recommend walking to Molly Darcy’s Bar and Grill on 17th Ave and dine on the beach, then enjoy walking home in the sand. Just a short drive to Tanger Outlets for some fantastic shopping. Even closer to Barefoot Landing (a collection of more than 100 shops and restaurants including the House of Blues concert venue, Alabama Theatre live entertainment, and watersports). Very close by is Alligator Adventure a live reptile zoo, miniature golf and arcades. The area has many Golf Courses and the offers great golf packages.

Our Winter Get Away

We came to Myrtle Beach to get away from COVID, a full crazy house and home and to try out a 3 month stay for the winter. We couldn't have made a better choice. House was the perfect size for us to relax and work also. I can't wait until next year.

Space and comfort in a fab location

Attractive, nicely decorated home very near the beach. Solid, comfortable furniture, spacious bedrooms, everything-you-need kitchen, great water pressure and temperature, easy parking and entry, good wifi -- a lovely place to stay for a month. The neighborhood is charming and I met several nice neighbors while walking my little dog. The owners are very thoughtful and thorough communicators, making for an easy stay. It's a good time of year to visit the area. Almost all of the businesses and attractions are open, but there are no throngs of visitors, parking is easy and lots of restaurants run discount specials. It's great to stroll the uncrowded beaches. Good snowbird experience!

Felt like home

I had a wonderful experience at this property. I lived there from 12/1-2/14 and enjoyed everything about it: basic supplies already available, clean, safe home and neighborhood, nice neighbors, plenty of space, close to beach, nice location to everything that is fun and necessary, etc. I just loved staying at this home and wish I didn't have to leave. I hope anyone else who stays there enjoys it as much as I did!
