About this property

Character cottage with private swimming pool in the Lot

Character gîte of 95 m2 in stone, consisting of a main residence (75 m2) and an annex (20 m2). The cottage has a completely private swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m. It is located in the north of the Lot department in a very touristy area.

At the entrance to a beautiful village, gîte located on 2000 m2 of land, tastefully restored, consisting of a main residence from the 19th century and an annex (bedroom and bathroom) dating from 1934. It is equipped with a pétanque court and a ping-pong table.

The main residence is air conditioned using a heat pump made up of an external unit and 3 internal units located in the 2 bedrooms and the living room/lounge of the main residence. This also includes an equipped kitchen of 10.5 m2, a large bedroom of 17 m2 with a fireplace, a 140 cm bed, a 90 cm bed and a second bedroom of 12 m2 with a 160 cm bed. There is also a 4.5m2 bathroom with WC.

The annex consists of a 17m2 bedroom including a 140 cm bed and a fireplace. There is also a bathroom with WC of 3 m2 with direct access from the bedroom. The bathroom is heated by an electric convector. The annex room is not heated.

Un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Piscine super agréable, maison confortable, endroit paisible en plein nature entre les vaches. Les propriétaires sympa et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé des superbe vacances!

Magnifique séjour, nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, dépaysante et très ensoleillée, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!! Maison + dépendance très bien entretenues, idéal pour 2 couples avec enfants. Superbe piscine. De nombreuses choses à visiter dans la région: Padirac, le parc de Gramat, la grotte du Presque, Rocamadour..., ce qui permet d'alterner farniente et visites. Les propriétaires et les voisins sont adorables et très disponibles en cas de question. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine (économe, torchons..) et un bon wifi seraient un plus indéniable.

prachtig vakantiehuis in landelijke omgeving

We hadden een superverblijf in souseyrac. Een prachtig huisje met een zalig zwembad. Niks tekort gekomen. Enkel de koppeling via waze en Google via de site van VRBO was niet juist. Als gemeente moet men Comiac invoeren in de GPS om het huisje te vinden. Verder enkel maar heel aangename ervaringen opgedaan. De mooie streek leren kennen met zijn prachtige dorpen en stadjes. Dan aangenaam thuiskomen in ons goed uitgerust vakantiehuis. We keren met een zeer aangenaam gevoel terug naar huis. Dank aan de eigenaren om dit te helpen verwezeliljken. Dirk en Nadine

Ein Paradies in ländlicher Idylle

Der Urlaub dort war wunderschön. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage konnten wir vollends entspannen. Der Pool war groß und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Eine tolle voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Grill inkl. Kohle, eine Tischtennisplatte, 2 Fahrräder rundeten unseren Aufenthalt dort ab. Die nächste Stadt bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeit war ca. 1/2 Std mit Kfz entfernt. Die Flora und Fauna in der Umgebung waren für Herz und Seele eine Wohltat. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles in Allem ein ganz toller und entspannter Urlaub.

Très belles vacances dans ce gîte qui allie à la fois simplicité et fonctionnalité. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir un temps magnifique qui nous a permis de de profiter de la superbe piscine et du terrain de boules. Les propriétaires sont charmants ainsi que les habitants du village. A refaire sans hésiter.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ,sous le soleil omniprésent de ce début Juillet nous avons pu a la fois profiter de la magnifique piscine et de la fraicheur de la maison grace a la climatisation de celle ci . La tranquillité de la location (dans un hameau ou l'élevage de vaches et veaux est roi) se fait au prix d'un acces par de petites routes sinueuses .

Belle endroit mais trop isolé

Que de petites routes pour arriver à destination.Comptez une heure pour accéder à un centre avec des commerces et au plus près une demi heure pour le pain !!! Les grands sites touristiques sont à minimum 40 minutes à 1h30 de route , c'est dommage . La maison est très agréable et lle jardin et la piscine aussi . Un peu plus de couteaux dans le tiroir et ustensiles culinaires ne seraient pas de trop.. Pour la soirée TV , quand on est 6 , c'est un peu juste pour le confort sur le petit divan . Mais ce n'est qu'un détail . Les proches voisines sont très sympathiques , de belles vaches et leurs veaux. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et la Communication sans soucis

Au milieu de la nature

Maison au calme, bien équipée malgré quelques équipements anciens. La piscine est géniale, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée quand le temps est couvert comme ce mois d'Août. Grande cave pour ranger les vélos. Propriétaire très sympa et bon accueil.

Belles vacances

Tres belle location, bien équipée au calme au milieu de la nature. Certes, un peu loin des commerces mais en période covid, c est ce que nous recherchions. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour, juste dommage que le soleil ne nous a pas accompagné pour profiter plus de la tres belle piscine

The property is located in a rural location some 30 minutes away from the nearest town.

WiFi was not working and had not been working for some time. We were not told prior to our stay. Both showers do not have the facility to fix the shower head in position so this makes showering difficult. The sinks in the main house bathroom are broken, the waste plungers do not work. You will be asked to clean the pool but there is no mention of this in the booking information. The wooden steps up to the pool are very slippery when wet and in poor condition so need replacing. The House is about 30 minutes drive to the nearest town and mostly on extremely twisting roads. If you stay for 2 weeks the driving just to get to a main road can become a little frustrating. I would not recommend this property for families with young children. The location is lovely and very rural but remote. The little bar in Comiac is lovely too.

de fotos van de woning die men te zien krijgt op de site.zijn zeker correct.alles is aanwezig en goed onderhouden.zeer vriendelijke eigenaars.een mooi en net zwembad.we hebben met onze familie een zeer rustige vakantie gehad.één min puntje.je ligt echt landelijk.en moet ongeveer 25 km rijden om boodschappen te doen. maar wij hebben ons geen minuut verveelt.rondom mooie uitstappen te doen.prachtig van natuur. zeker een aanrader. fam creve .

N'y allez pas, vous ne voudrez plus en partir ! Le gîte est fonctionnel et bien équipé. La piscine, une merveille surtout que nous avons beau temps. voilà pour les conditions matérielles. Reste l'environnement: les voisins chaleureux, la campagne avoisinante avec ses troupeaux. Dépaysement total et grand sentiment de retour à la belle nature. Et puis, et puis le silence qui d'écoute à l'envi. De grands et bien beaux moments qui restent gravés en retournant à la villes. A conseiller sans retenue.

CALME ET NATURE

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison perdue au milieu de la nature. La maison est très fonctionnelle, fraîche lorsqu'il fait chaud comme ça a été le cas pour nous durant cette semaine. Elle est bien achalandée, joliment décorée et très agréable. Quel plaisir de faire une sieste à l'ombre et de pouvoir se rafraîchir dans cette belle et grande piscine privée. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants, à l'écoute de nos remarques si nous en avons bien sûr. Le seul inconvénients restent la distance avec les commerces qui sont un peu éloignés. Nous vous recommandons cette endroit, en couple, en famille, avec des enfants si vous êtes des amoureux de la nature et du calme comme nous. Bon séjour à vous.

superbe vacances en famille

Nous avanos passe un superbe sejour en famille chez mr et Mme Rouquand qui nous ont accueilli superbement.Tout etait tres bien surtout la piscine pour les jeunes (3 de 18 a 20 ans) pour la may 80 ans et pour nous c etait tres calme et relaxant....La cuisine est tres bien equipe je confirme car je suis restaurateur...enfin rien à dire meme si il n y avait pas de WIFI...tant mieux...je recommande cette location

Calme et tranquillité

Superbe gîte en pleine campagne, sans vis à vis (sauf à considérer les belles limousines de Domi et Nico avec qui nous avons fait connaissance). Nous avons évidemment adoré la grande piscine et la cuisine donnant directement accès à la terrasse ombragée. Nous avons profité pleinement d'une eau à 25° durant 2 semaines. Merci à vous pour votre confiance car nous sommes senti comme chez nous. Et ça c'est important.

Merci pour ce séjour, quel bonheur, le calme le repos tout était la, nos voisines les vaches qui amusaient tant les enfants avec leurs petits veaux, la piscine avec nos bambins par des températures avoisinants les 40° reste inoubliable.Et quelle région maginifique, le marché de Bretenoux, Padirac, Rocamadour, la peche dans l'étang de Comiac, la beauté du gite et son confort, je tiens a vous remercier Mr et Mme Rouquand car étant adepte de location de gites le votre reste a ce jour mon préféré et je serais heureux d'y revenir.
