Ein super Urlaub!

Das Haus ist schön. Es liegt an einem Traumstrand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gelände ist abgesperrt, nur Zugang für Anwohner. Wir verbrachten ruhige und erholsame drei Wochen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb 10km erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gruß Albert und Caroline

Posizione eccezionale

Veramente a 50 metri dalla spiaggia, in un comprensorio molto tranquillo, la casa di Marcello è stata una bella scoperta. Giardino ombreggiato, con doccia e barbecue, ci hanno permesso di passare piacevolmente le ore non passate in spiaggia. Torneremo!

Ottima posizione per chi vuole godersi una vacanza in totale relax veramente a 50 passi dal mare!! Ideale per famiglie e Splendida la spiaggia di cala pira!Le immagini rispecchiano fedelmente ciò che troverete...il proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo! Sicuramente consigliato il soggiorno dal Sig.Marcello!!!!

Relax assoluto

Siamo stati presso la Casa Vacanza 6311254 dal 18.6 al 2.7, la prima settimana eravamo in 4 e la seconda in 2. E' tutto come sulle foto se non meglio. Il silenzio e la pace del posto sono impagabili. I passi per arrivare alla spiaggia sono veramente 50! cenare alla sera (c'é pure il barbecue esterno) con il rumore dei grilli e il rumore del mare non hanno prezzo. In pochi minuti di macchina si trova tutto il necessario. IL giardino curatissimo e la cucina esterna dotata di lavastoviglie e lavatrice é un lusso unico in vacanza. La doccia esterna....Due settimane di tempo splendido, la casa pur non avendo aria condizionata é molto fresca (riferito al nostro periodo di permanenza). C'é pure un baretto sulla spiaggia...per un caffé o un gelato all'ombra e al fresco. C'é un noleggio di canoe, pedalò e gommoni. Il proprietario della casa é sempre a disposizione. Insomma tutto quello che può servire per stare bene nella natura a 2 passi dal mare in totale tranquillità e relax.

tolle Lage, ruhige Anlage, Inneneinrichtung marode

Sehr netter Vermieter, sehr bemüht, hat während unserem Aufenthalt auch dinge repariert und neue Liegen gebracht. Der Zustand der Möbel (v.a. Küche und Bad) ist nicht mehr gut, aber tragbar. Das Haus ist schön gelegen in zweiter Reihe vom Strand. An der Bucht liegt nur diese kleine Ferienhaussiedlung, die meist privat bewohnt wird. Der Vermieter hat uns auch immer wieder Orangen oder frisches Brot gebracht und war recht bemüht um unser Wohlergehen (Wein bei Ankunft,...).

letteralmente 50 passi dal mare

il posto è veramente bellissimo e garantisce la quiete assoluta (spesso non funziona nemmeno la rete telefonica!). La casa è molto funzionale e con grandi spazi esterni, molto godibili. Noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere qualche giorno di brutto tempo, che ha sottolineato qualche pecca dell'interno, in modo particolare il cucinino. il padrone di casa è molto disponibile e alla mano, dà anche ottimi consigli per i ristoranti in zona!

Una vacanza speciale

Cala Pira un luogo dove trascorrere una vacanza in totale armonia con il mare. Luogo unico e speciale, tranquillo, mare bellissimo,... La proprietà di Marcello è inserita in una posizione ottimale e privilegiata, seconda fila da mare, con una vicinanza al mare ottimale per famiglie. La struttura, pur non enorme negli spazi interni, è completata da un giardino e una parte coperta esterna, con addirittura una cucina, che permetterà di godere appieno i momenti che trascorrerete a casa. Marcello, persona dinamica e molto disponibile, si adopera per dare tutto quanto necessita. Unico neo, facilmente risolvibile, l'attrezzatura della cucina (piatti, coltelli, pentole,...) da completare e aggiornare. Casa da consigliare a persone che non amano il lusso ma che amano il mare e la natura. Grazie Marcello!

La location et la maison sont de tout manière recommandable. La plage est fantastique. A Viallasimius (à 15 min. en voiture) on trouve des petits cafés, restaurants, gelaterias et le supermarché. Le propriétaire est trés gentil, flexible et toujours contactable. Avec plaisir de nouveau!

"Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La maison est très agréable et confortable. Le lotissement Cala Pira est tranquille et sécurisé. L'accès à la plage est très rapide (3 minutes à pied), la plage est magnifique. Le propriétaire est très aimable, serviable et attentionné."
