This is a beautiful spacious 1482 square feet home. It has three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with an on suite bathroom. In the guest bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other room has two twin beds. It has an open, spacious backyard backing up to the riverbed. We have a propane BBQ and a table and chairs for outside dining. The home is in a family community that is perfect for afternoon or morning walks. It is minutes away from the water (Lake Havasu), where you can launch your boat or visit London Bridge. It is centrally located for you to travel and site see all year.

The house was great!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house looked like it had all new flooring through out and was nice and clean. The beads were very comfortable clean and well kept for. We were able to book the same day as the owner was VERY responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We will be staying here again

Great Stay!

Property is exactly as advertised. Clean and ready to move into. Nice neighborhood. They have definitely made many recent upgrades to the property. We hope to stay here again when we winter in Lake Havasu City. Jeff is fantastic to work with. Emails are promptly returned and takes the concerns of his renters seriously. Quiet, Peaceful stay.

Loved the backyard patio with the gas grill. Had many delicious meals there. Very nice house with plenty of space for the four adults who stayed there.

Perfect Place To Stay

Very nice place to lodge while visiting Lake Havasu. Plenty of room to enjoy. Recent rentavations done to the home made it very nice. Very large garage to keep your cars out of the sun. I have a 26' boat which I was able to store my trailer inside the garage while I was at the lake. Definitely will be looking forward to stay here again.

Everything in the house is outdated. Carpet is at least 20 years old, so are the cabinets and the countertops. We wanted to grill, but both propane tanks were empty. While we were preparing to go to the lake, workers showed up at the house to drop off materials and to take measurements. We let them in, but we should've turned them away. House is a long drive from the lake if you are hauling a boat. Despite all, house was clean.

We had a great time in Lake Havasu! The accommodations were good and the location was perfect, in a nice quiet residential area. We walked every day and enjoyed meeting and talking with folks. If you've never been to Havasu I would highly recommend that you check it out!

Spacious home in a nice neighborhood

The owner has provided everything you need except for your groceries. Living room, kitchen, and master suite are all quite large. Other two bedrooms and bath are average sized. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, but just minutes from stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This is a very nice, comfortable home. Very roomy. There is another table off of the living room that is not pictured. There is a Keurig coffee pot along with a regular one. A small crockpot that came in handy. Plenty of nice big towels. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very nice to work with and responded quickly. Would Stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone.

Great home at a great value!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home and it worked perfect for us! It is close to the lake and all restaurants, was comfortable and even has an air conditioned garage to clean your boat in after a hot day on the lake! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us!

House is stocked with all that you need. Boat parking is easy, driveway nice and wide and not too steep. Garage with opener is fantastic. Route to town/Island much easier than it looks on the map. Straight down Jamaica and becomes Lake Havasu Ave. Thank you Jeff!

This is it!

We enjoyed our stay at this house, it’s perfectly set within the town of Havasu - short distance to the main part of town but far enough away from the bustle. Our 25 ft boat fit in the garage which was nice since it was 110 degrees out while we were there! And the garage had air conditioning too! This was our first time renting a house for a vacation and I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that came with it. We only needed food really. We enjoyed our stay here. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the WiFi and the cable in the master bedroom never worked the entire time we were there, also after leaving I messaged the owner and he never responded back. (We had an issue with the propane tank on the BBQ being empty). Overall I would definitely like to stay here again

Fantastic House

The house was very clean and the owner had all the necessary supplies on hand. Very nice and large house, and very conveniently located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will look to book at his house again the next time we go to Havasu.

Awesome place!

I love this adorable house. It makes you feel right at home. They have everything including internet, towels, directTV, etc etc. It is located in a nice part of town. Coyotes can be loud some nights, but I truly would recommend this rental to anyone! Home away from home!!!
