From 15/06/2021 it will be possible to use an umbrella in the nearest bathing facility for the entire stay. The apartment is on two levels, it is located on the first and second floor. An external staircase you reach the entrance on the first floor. You enter a spacious living room with side kitchen equipped with modern fitted kitchen. Also from the living room leads to a terrace on the same floor. In the living room we have a sofa bed that can accommodate up to three single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Via a spiral staircase and you reach the second floor, where there is an attic room with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. From here there is access to a large terrace partly covered sun. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, TV, and guests may make use of the air conditioning. Sehr gepflegte und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Fewo mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrrad. ein kleiner Balkon und im OG eine große Terrasse. Sehr komfortabel für 2 Personen. Schlafzimmer im OG mit sehr schmaler Wendetreppe erreichbar. Kleines zusätzliches Bad im OG war sehr praktisch. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr nah zum Strand. Einziger Kritikpunkt : Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Straße liegt ein Hotel. Dessen Restaurant hat ein großes Abluftrohr das uns sehr laut erschien. Das Rauschen war von 6 Uhr bis ca. 22.30 Uhr ständig zu hören. Vielleicht fiel es jetzt auch so auf, da in der Nachsaison ringsherum absolute Ruhe herrschte.

Toller Urlaub in der Toskana

Die Ferienwohnung liegt 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt und hat eine Klimaanlage. Über eine Wendeltreppe kommt man ins Elternschlafzimmer mit Bad. Die Küche hat einen Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Unsere Anreise und der check-in verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Herr Malossi war total nett. Die Ferienwohnung war bei unserem Einzug sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich gut - in der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, leicht zu bedienender Gasherd und eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Besonders toll ist die Nähe zum Strand - in nur vier Minuten liegt man unter seinem Sonnenschirm am Meer :-) Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass wir abends oben vor dem Schlafzimmer auf der Dachterasse sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten konnten. Uns hat auch der Maisonette-Stil der Wohnung total gut gefallen. Für ältere oder sehr schwergewichtige Personen ist die Wohnung allerdings eher nicht geeignet, da die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss sehr eng und steil ist. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Anmerken möchten wir allerdings, dass es nachts ab und zu ein bis zwei Stunden eher laut zuging, wenn sich die Nachtschwärmer von den Strandbars auf den Heimweg machten. Eine durchgehende Nachtruhe hatten wir also trotz der sehr bequemen Betten/Matratzen also eher nicht. Für uns war das allerdings kein Problem, wir haben den fehlenden Schlaf dann einfach tagsüber am Strand nachgeholt :-)

Schöne Urlaubswoche in 2020

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, alles vor Ort und der Strand fast vor der Haustüre. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich vor allem das Schlafzimmer und die obere Terrasse.

Marina di Bibbona è top per vacanze relax con la famiglia... L'appartamento di Andrea è ottimo per pulizia, funzionalità e posizione strategica per mare (50 mt. a piedi...) e servizi vari... consiglio affitto bici per piccoli spostamenti (es. supermercato...)... costa poco e non inquina... unico neo mancanza connessione internet... per i vegetariani non consiglio vivamente l'osteria Magona (a 10 min.)... la bistecca più buona della mia vita... poi spiaggia ben organizzata e mare discreto... buone vacanze...

Ottimo soggiorno sul mare della costa degli Etruschi.

La casa corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione e alle foto. Si può soggiornare con molta tranquillità e comodità, la spiaggia è a due passi dall'abitazione e la strada è silenziosa ma allo stesso tempo in posizione non decentrata. In casa gli elettrodomestici in dotazione funzionano bene e lo spazio al piano principale è ampio. La camera mansardata con la terrazza solarium è molto suggestiva. L'impressione generale è di un struttura nuova e con materiali di qualità. La cosa che apprezzo di più di Marina di Bibbona sono le enormi spiagge libere, le pinete ombrose e il senso generale di tranquillità dovuto anche all'assenza di traffico veicolare di scorrimento e della ferrovia che passano più a monte. Il proprietario Andrea, puntuale, gentile e discreto, non può che confermare l'ottimo giudizio complessivo.

schön und erholsam

Die Wohnung ist genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos angegeben, es gibt ausreichend Stauraum! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ein großes Plus der schattige Parkplatz im Garten. Wir haben den Balkon zum Frühstücken und vor allem die Dachterrasse für abendliche Lesestunden ausgiebig genossen - wie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge. Ein großer Vorteil auch die zwei Badezimmer mit ordentlichen Duschen :-). Zum Meer mit freien und bewirtschafteten Stränden sind es nur ein paar Schritte, auch wenn man das Meer vom Balkon nicht sieht - man kann es hören. Andrea hat uns beim check-in sehr gut informiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Appartamento molto bello, curato, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Ottima la posizione vicino al mare, con spiagge attrezzate e libere, e vicino al centro. Volendo trovare una nota negativa: gli schiamazzi durante le ore notturne, dovuto al rientro di immense compagnie di ragazzi dal locale che si trova in fondo alla via.

Marina di Bibbona è una località turistica balneare tranquilla e adatta a nuclei familiari con bambini, ovviamente per la sua natura stagionale le presenze hanno un rilevante picco nel mese di agosto e soprattutto nelle settimane centrali di questo mese. Per cui in questo periodo di maggior presenze, vengono concentrate anche più eventi e manifestazioni del solito. Suggerisco i mesi di giugno e settembre, ideali per cui vuole godersi una vacanza in tutto relax.

Complimenti vivissimi per l'appartamento, pulitissimo, curato, completo di tutto il necessario per una piacevole permanenza. Decisamente uno dei migliori appartamenti nei quali io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti. Disponibile posto auto nel cortile alberato, e quindi in ombra, si lascia l'auto e a meno di particolari necessità non si tocca più. L'appartamento è a 100 m reali dalla spiaggia dove sono presenti stabilimenti e spiagge libere. Nonostante si trovi sulla strada che porta direttamente al mare la tranquillità è molto elevata. Proprietario gentilissimo, discreto e disponibile. Tutto veramente consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Vacanze a Marina di Bibbona

Trascorsi 15 gg. in questo app.to molto ben curato e ben accessoriato di tutto quanto serve a una famiglia- comodissimo per raggiungere la spiaggia lasciando l'auto custodita all'interno della proprieta' all'ombra. Si passano delle belle serate allietati da numerose attivita' e si trovano molti ristoranti, giochi bimbi ecc... Piu' che consigliabile.

appartamento molto ben curato

ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una settimana in questo appartamento. E' veramente curato molto bene, pulito e in posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge (libere e attrezzate) e il centro del paese. Molto ben arieggiato (non serve assolutamente l'aria condizionata anche se presente). unica nota sul paese: marina di bibbona va bene per famiglie con bimbi piccoli. altrimenti se si vuole qualcosa da fare la sera bisogna prendere la macchina e arrivare a cecina (a 15 minuti). ottima invece la pista ciclabile nella pineta fino a cecina da fare pero' di giorno.

Ottimo appartamento

Ottimo appartamento, posizionato su due livelli. Spazioso, ben attrezzato e ben ventilato , pulito. A 200 metri sia dalla spiaggia che dal supermercato/negozi ; la terrazza, fornita di sdraio è molto comoda per prendere il sole in assoluta tranquillità'. Non necessita la vettura per gli spostamenti. Eccellente anche il posto auto privato in cortile ed all'ombra. In zona ci sono molte località da visitare sia balneari che di interesse storico/culturale. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Una soluzione ottimale per le famiglie

Siamo una famiglia numerosa con 3 bambini e cercavamo per una vacanza rilassante una soluzione che offrisse il mare a due passi ed uno spazio confortevole per il gioco anche in casa. L'appartamento del sig. Andrea ha tutti questi requisiti, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione, ed è anche al disopra delle aspettative con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo sia per le finiture e lo stato di conservazione e sia per la massima disponibilità del proprietario. I servizi essenziali sono alla medesima distanza che c'è dal mare, per cui è la soluzione ideale per chi non vuole usare la macchina in vacanza. E' stata una bella esperienza che sicuramente consiglieremo ad amici e parenti. Un cordiale saluto ad Andrea da Fabio Fossa e famiglia.
