Perfectly located villa, with an overlooking view on the sea and a wide green area. Entirely redecorated in 2008. New terraces, new bathrooms updated during las years. Villa is extremely well equipped with complete kitchen and accessories.
Near access to shops, beach, tourist spots.
Villa has a private pool what gets sun all day around.
High level of garden has a well-maintained lawn with mediterranean plants all around. The low level of the garden gathers numerous fruit trees of southern régions (orange, lemon, peach, figs, banana, grapes).
Sheets and towels are on option to be managed directly with the owner. Cost is € 25.00/person and will be paid 14 days prior arrival.

Very clean house. Well stocked kitchen with drip and nespresso coffee makers. Host provided clear instructions for use of all amenities. Pool was beautiful but weather was too chilly for us to use. We enjoyed the house, the gorgeous view, and nearby attractions.

Wonderful home for our vacation!

Wonderful experience staying at this lovely home. We loved the calm and quiet, the pool to cool off from the heat and the spacious accommodations. We loved being near everything but away from noise and crowds. We will definitely return!

Holidays for cycling

It was all great, starting with communication to the house. I have never had such a well-equipped house. Location is great for excursions to Nice or the National Park. everything was clean and we were more than satisfied.

Summer holiday

Lovely villa, very spacious. Pool was fabulous. Only recommendation would be air conditioning as weather was extremely hot making it difficult to sleep at night.

villa on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur Mer

A beautiful and quiet property on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur mer. This was perfect for the family and would definitely stay again. The only downside is it's proximity to the local town. You have to hire a vehicle which is easy to do and once you have one the villa is easy to reach. The owner was easy to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was alright. Would recommend this peaceful villa.

Great stay!

The house is very well equipped (especially if you like to cook!) and spotlessly clean. Ideally located (close to shopping centers, beaches, airport) and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. We had a very good communication with the owner who gave us very clear indications. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or a stay with friends, the four bedrooms and the bathrooms are well organised so that everyone can have their private space. You can enjoy the garden and pool with a very nice view. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful time in south of France

We had a wonderul time in Gaetans villa. The house is beautiful, clean and full equipped (washing machine, kitchen stuff). House is big enough for nice evenings together and also to have some private time. It is located in a quite area on a mountain. The pool area is gorgeous, what was a bit sad is that out of 4 sun beds two were damaged and the grill was a bit small. In overall we had an amazing time and loved our stay at the villa.

Lovely villa. Beautiful pool and gardens. Exceptionally well equipped. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Stunning views. Helpful, friendly owner. A pity there were only 2 toilets for 4 bedrooms. It could have been a bit cleaner in corners and under things in the villa. The pillows are a bit old and worn and some of the mattress protectors were stained, even though they had been washed (they need replacing!). But overall a fabulous week in a wonderful place! Thank you.

4 Erwachsene mit 4 KindernSchönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Terrasse mit gut Platz.Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Kontakt gewesen und hat auf Emails innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattetIn der Garage war ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, der für Getränke sehr nützlich war.Die Lage ist schön wenn man Ruhe mag mit schöner Aussicht auf Wohngegend bzw. Meer.Betten waren superEin Bad mit Badewanne im OG sowie im Elternschlafzimmer separat noch eine Dusche und Waschbecken. Im EG ist das Elternschlafzimmer auch mit Waschbecken und geräumiger Dusche ausgestattet.Die Bäder sind modern ausgestattet.Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten bei einem Inter Marche Supermarkt.Der Pool ist eigentlich sauber… hat an ein paar Stellen am Boden eine Ansammlung von Keller Asseln , die auf natürlichem Wege das Wasser aufsuchen und dort nicht mehr raus finden.Ist aber unerheblich.Ein „Poolboy“ kommt mindestens ein Mal die Woche zur Reinigung vorbei und in der Zwischenzeit habe ich mit dem Kescher täglich die Reinigung vorgenommen.Auf der Terrasse ist ein schön großer Tisch mit elektrischer Markise.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühltWürden es gerne wieder auswählen

Nous étions tous très contents - l’endroit est magique , la vue superbe - tout est beau et calme.et très bien équipé il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est charmant et nous a bien guidés. Pour que tout soit parfait . Wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in den Bergen von Nizza. Mit eigenem Auto sind Geschäfte und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Bei starker Hitze wäre eine Klimaanlage vorteilhaft. Ventilatoren sind für mehrere Räume vorhanden. Tolles gepflegtes Haus mit Pool. Hervorragend für einen Familienurlaub.
