The first house has been entirely renovated in 2008, has generous volumes and is very comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large drawing-room (sitting-room) (60m2 with open fire), library (also with open fire) and state of the art kitchen. Sleeps 9. The second house also has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting-room, dining-room and kitchen. Sleeps 8. Beautiful views. Fishing in the lake. Idyllic French Gite in the Loire

We had a lovely stay in August with four families. The property is beautiful, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. We spent many hours cooling off in the gated pool, and there was even a small lake so took the kids on the odd fishing trip. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Highly recommended!

Wonderful family holiday

We stayed at Les Vallées for a week with three generations of family. The house is spacious, very well-equipped with lots of reception rooms and bedrooms. The outside space is fantastic, with a swimming pool and bar area, two outside dining tables, table tennis and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Communication with the host and information available at the house is excellent. We would highly recommend the property and would happily visit again.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed in this house for two weeks in 2012 (not 2015, I was no longer able to select the correct year). The main house has been renovated with great care. The kitchen is very well equiped and large. The pool simply is great. Most of all the immense surrounding gardens, forest and the lake (kids enjoyed rowing/fishing) are magnificent. Quiet evenings on the terras. We explored the region by bike and foot and for both there are many nice itineraries to exploire. The house lies in a very quiet place, no noise from the road or anything else. A nearby farm offers horseriding facilities. The small secondary house is older, also inside, but still nice and cosy to stay in, allthough we only used the main/big house. Absolutely recommendable.

A beautiful holiday in spectacular surroundings

We were sixteen in all, ranging from one year old to 75. Our needs were diverse and this beautiful property met virtually all our needs. We were overwhelmed by the expanse of the land and its wildlife. Our insect-loving two year old grandson was in heaven, with fields full of grasshoppers and butterflies and we all enjoyed the swimming pool, painting and sketching by the lake and beautiful walks round the estate. On one memorable night, we all laid on our backs on the lawn star gazing. It was amazing. Mme Gaulluet was very attentive and the houses were very clean. The big house was comfortable and stylish and the little house was full of character with a lovely master bedroom, but we felt it could do with a little upgrade and as some of our party had to work on some days, being able to use the Wi fi in both houses would have made things easier. Having said that, there were thoughtful touches in both houses and we all had a wonderful holiday. We loved it so much that we would rebook in a heartbeat, if these things were addressed. Thank you for a great holiday Nelly and Georges.

Semaine familiale

Chaque année, je tente de réunir mes trois fils, mes trois belles-filles et mes petits-enfants; huit cette année, afin que le contact soit maintenu surtout entre les cousins qui, le reste de l'année, vivent assez ou très éloignés les uns des autres. Cette grande propriété avec deux maisons très confortables, une grande piscine parfaitement sécurisée, un immense terrain, prairie et bois, a facilité cette rencontre. Les enfants ont trouvé leur bonheur avec tous les jeux dans l'eau, le ping-pong, la grande quantité de livres qui favorisait des moments calmes. Les parents ont apprécié la situation géographique qui permet de belles visites touristiques sans trop de voiture, les repas sous la tonnelle de glycines, les espaces très vastes à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur des maisons. Et surtout la gentillesse de l'accueil et le climat de confiance. Cette maison a une âme, nous nous y sentions tellement bien. Un très grand merci aux propriétaires et à toutes les personnes qui ont fait de notre séjour de vraies vacances dont nous nous souviendrons.

Family Getaway with space for all.

This was an ideal property for our multi-generational family. The pool kept the kids occupied and there were plenty of quiet spaces around the grounds for adults who needed a bit of peace. It's on our list for a possible return visit.

Beautifully located

We had an amazing stay! The house is very spacious and well-maintained and very well equipped, but also very clean. The garden is amazing and beautifully planted with trees and flowers. The kids and ourselves enjoyed the swimming pool very much! It is obvious that much effort and love is put in the house.

An ideal property for our group

This property is in a lovely, peaceful and secluded setting and the lake was a real bonus for the members of our group who enjoy fishing. The pool was perfect and slightly larger than many we have had before. We were a group of 13 adults, using both the large and small houses. There was plenty of room for all of us and space in the large house for everyone to eat together, either indoors or outside. We spent our time walking, swimming, cycling, canoeing and, of course, fishing. There are beautiful towns and villages nearby and obviously many Châteaux to visit. All in all the house and location was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our week at Les Vallées, so much so that we are thinking of booking again for next year.

Un séjour idéal pour notre famille

Nous avons trouvé un endroit idéal pour nos vacances familiales . Nous étions 18 et le plus jeune n'avait que 10 jours ! L'agencement des 2 maisons est génial pour organiser le couchage et permettre à chacun de se reposer !. L'espace intérieur est très agréable, parfaitement équipé et joliment décoré. L'environnement est magnifique et même si la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter autant que nous l'aurions voulu de la piscine, nous avons pu faire chaque jour des visites intéressantes et belles en évitant les sentiers battus . La personne chargée de l'accueil est très aidante et chaleureuse. Bref ... si vous voulez séjourner en Touraine, foncez-y ! Laurence et Jean

Relaxing vacation in an idyllic setting!

We recently had a fabulous family reunion (17 people) at this beautiful farmhouse in the Touraine region. The location was ideal for visiting some of the Chateaus in the region (Chenonceau, Amboise, etc.) and for exploring troglodyte caves in the area. The nearest town (at approx. 7 km) was Loches, which has an impressive medieval castle and hosts a busy open air market twice per week. The property was even more beautiful than the photos depict and there was a lot of space so that at no point did we feel crowded with 17. The houses were well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We made abundant use of the pool, which was a perfect size. There were so many lovely outdoor areas to enjoy with beautiful landscaping. On clear nights, the view of the stars was absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this vacation home to others. The hostess speaks English very well and communications prior to our stay went smoothly!

Les vacances rêvées

Un petit paradis idéal pour les vacances en famille. La nature y est merveilleusement calme et belle. Les bâtiments respirent l'authenticité , ne délaissent pas le confort et sont agencés de façon agréable et pratique : 2 logis bien indépendants, des équipements complets et de qualité. Tout y est très bien pensé (puériculture à disposition, agencement, pièces spacieuses et claires...) Une décoration soignée avec un goût très sûr ! Et une propreté irréprochable ! Une mention spéciale pour la piscine en pleine nature (et bien sécurisée pour les enfants). Quant à la région, riche en histoire et architecture(Cité médiévale de Loches à 10mn). A conseiller sans modération !

La campagne telle un rêve

Maison très agréable à vivre, moderne et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, parfaite pour une ou 2 familles nombreuses autonomes. Une vraie campagne avec des bois, un étang, des animaux sauvages à portée de vue (faisans notamment)... Des occupations à proximité: une piscine agréable sans dangers pour les enfants; la ville de Loche et des chateaux de la Loire... D'excellents souvenirs avec grands et petits!

Cadre en pleine nature trés reposant!

Nous avons passés deux séjours trés reposants, nous avons été trés bien accueillis: les maisons sont propres et bien équipées. Le cadre est magique: entre forêt et étang (assez loin de la maison pour ne pas voir peur pour les enfants), la région a une grande richesse culturelle, ce qui permet de bonnes excurtions...un petit plongeon dans la piscine. Bref, un lieu où l'on passe des vacances en toute quiétude!
