Appartement non adapté pour une famille. Une piscine enfant fermée depuis 2 mois! Des enfants de 2ans se baignaient dans 2m50 d'eau!Nous sommes arrivés avec la canicule et les volets de l'appartement etaient cassés ! De plus nous avons vu des rats dans la résidence.

Séjour entre amis à Sainte-Maxime

Agréable séjour passé dans cet appartement à Sainte-Maxime début septembre 2023. Résidence calme et idéalement placée, proche centre et commerces (10min à pied). Appartement en RDC à l’ombre tout l’après midi. Hôte très sympa !

Apartment with great facilities

The apartment is clean and have good facilities both inside the apartment and out in the garden. It's equipped with a washing machine which is a life saver in hot summer. In the garden there is a real swimming pool with water depth 1.5-2.0 where my son who is a swimming athlete can really train in the morning when there are not many people. There are also two tennis courts which are almost always unbooked during the day time and my sons played a lot and had great fun there. The host is very friendly and helpful. When I asked him if it's possible to rent tennis bats, he managed to provide us a pair which is much appreciated. Location wise it's quite ok. Not very close to the beach but close enough, within walking distance. We are very happy there.

studio simple - bien situé

Le studio est situé dans une grande résidence, bien entretenue et relativement calme, avec belle piscine + tennis. Il possède les équipements utiles et basiques : SDB avec WC douche + machine à laver = un plus!, cuisine avec four, plaque de cuisson, frigo, machine à café; ainsi qu'un salon avec "clic-clac" , un TV et un refroidisseur d'air (vraiment bien venu!), une petite véranda/chambre + clic-clac,... sa terrasse privative permet de manger à l'abri chaque jour, et sa situation permet les visites de tous les sites touristiques connus, ainsi qu'avec +/- 1 km de marche, l'accès aux plages + centre-ville de Ste Maxime. Seul point négatif : aucune connexion internet prévue dans l'immeuble pour les locataires de passage. A recommander pour un couple.
