Jupiter condo description

Comfy Jupiter Bay two bedroom, two bathroom unit with screened patio room overlooking the pool area. Beautiful beach is only a 400 yard walk away. Up to date unit sports leather furniture, tile flooring, carpeting in the bedroom and granite counter-tops in the kitchen and baths and a washer/dryer. Flat screen smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom area's. High speed internet is also included.

The resort community has two pools with grills, a hot tub, tennis courts and a bocce ball court. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area. The adjoining park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Well maintained bocce courts are also available along with lit tennis courts and an amphitheater.

All that you could possibly need is just minutes away: shopping at Harborside, great restaurants, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater! For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall, "Downtown" , and City Place a very popular shopping, restaurant and nightlife area, are a short ride away.

You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. For children you have the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park, Loggerhead turtle center and the Busch animal center. If you fancy a day trip Orlando and Disney-world is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.

Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.

The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA.

Nice condo. Modern renovation. The blinds were dated and the cieling fan on the patio was missing, but overall enjoyed our stay. Fast internet access and owner was responsive when it went down as well as getting us our blow up mattress. Sleeps 6 but you will need a queen blow up as sofa is not a fold out.

Nice but Needs some work

This property is well located and the rooms and appliances are excellent. There was a problem with the floor-to ceiling blinds, missing slats. The owner was willing to repair them, but we were forced to deny help because one of us got Covid....twice. The metal doors to the pantry and the master closet don't work properly and the lanai needs upgrading. Overall, a nice place to stay and a cooperative and helpful owner. We had a nice stay there.

The location and size of this condo is great. We were a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness. So much stuff on the walls. I don’t mean scuff marks just stuff that had been splashed on the wall. Maybe like food or makeup or ????? Not sure. This place just really needs a deep clean. Every window had a vertical blind or 2 missing. I did reach out to the owner and he was more than willing to come over but we just hung a towel up. The owner was available but as long as we had the bedroom window covered we could deal with all the other missing ones. I wonder why the cleaning people don’t mention stuff like that to the owners. The water pressure is poor but that might not be anything the owner can control or fix. Overall nice location, great size, and just a good deep cleaning and this place would be awesome

Worst place we've ever rented

The place smelled like mildew whenever we came in. The worse was the last day when we found what turned out to be black algae (according to the owners plumber)covering the head of the kitchen faucet, after we had been drinking water from it all week. We pulled down the head & finally noticed it. Also after stripping the master bed, no mattress cover, just another sheet. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper & none other available (not something you want to find out the hard way). The owner left a maintenance person to repair the ice machine who asked us questions about the fridge settings- how /why were we supposed to know? Very unpleasant text exchanges with the owner who offered no apologies, just excuses. Would never rent here again.

Nice resort like property in Juno Beach

Very nice well equipped 2Br condo on first floor with community pool just behind lanai. Owner was responsive and responded quickly to any issues. Coffee maker broke and he ordered new one that arrived in 2 days. You can walk to beach and stores from this location.

GREAT PLACE!

Large roomy condo with bedrooms on opposite ends. Very nice outdoor living screened in porch close to pool. Location is safe and close to Publix Grocery, restaurants, theater and, of course, the beaches.. Great communication and smooth check-in. Just let the owner the vehicle information for parking pass.

Disappointed stay!

Check in took hours. Paperwork was not filled out prior to our stay. Condo was musty . So much so that I had to buy Ridex containers for every room to try to eliminate smell. Absolutely no household items ; toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent,.. I also had to buy batteries for the TV controllers as all the remotes had none. The patio furniture was rusty and ruined a pair of my white pants. Couch/ pillows need to be updated. Batteries also need to be installed in smoke alarms. We stayed in Jupiter Bay before with none of these issues. Needless to say was disappointed.
