Location conforme à nos attentes

Immeuble un peu vétuste mais ski et commerces aux pieds. Appartemment avec de l'espace, idéal pour 2 familles avec enfants, nous avons apprécier les 3 chambres et 2 salle de bains. Remise des clés en 5 min, c'était parfait.

Appartement très bien situé

L' appartement est très bien situé, proche des pioupiou et de l'école de ski. Départ ski aux pieds du local. Appartement très lumineux et confortable pour 2 couples avec 5 enfants. Vue superbe à 180°. On a apprécié les 2 salles de bains. Appartement propre et bien équipé( grand frigo, vaisselle en quantité , même une cafetière Nespresso). A recommander pour 2 familles.

Spacieux et convivial

Nous étions 2 couples et 3 enfants. L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Tout y était et les vues des chambres et du salon sont très sympas. 3 chambres dont 2 très grandes et 1 avec 2 lits superposés pour les enfants. On apprécie les 2 pièces d'eau et les 2 wc. On recommande.

Excellement situé

Appartement excellemment situé avec des vues splendides par les différentes (et larges) baies vitrées. Suffisamment grand pour les 10 personnes que nous étions sans jamais avoir l'impression de se marcher dessus, avec en particulier les 2 salles de bain et 1 wc séparé. La proximité immédiate du club piou-piou pour nos jeunes enfants, des cours de ski, des remontées et de toutes les facilités (magasins, office tourisme, cinéma dans l'immeuble...) ont participé à rendre notre séjour très agréable - l'équipement est assez simple et parfois un peu vieillot, en dehors des 2 salles de bains refaites à neuf, mais tout est en bon état et fonctionne parfaitement. A conseiller, voire à renouveler pour notre part!

Séjour ski aux Ménuires

Location à peu près conforme à nos attentes et globalement sans mauvaises surprises. Appartement relativement spacieux, peut-être un peu "HLM et vieillot" mais restant correct dans une résidence "pied de piste" très bien située. Quelques points faibles : le 12 ème étage parfois un peu problématique compte tenu de l'unique et petit ascenseur, quelques petits défauts d'entretien, gestionnaire sur place pas très performant, insonorisation (bruit des voisins et des dameuses la nuit), prix un peu élevé. Quelques qualités : situation, surface et nombre de couchages, luminosité, vue et grand balcon, cinéma en bas de l'immeuble,...

super semaine

nous avons passe une super semaine dans ce appartements tres spacieux et tres comfortable. Tres bonne equipement! Acces au piste: Genial, on saut dans les skis directement depuis l appartement :-) Acces au centre ville parfait. Je conseille ce appartement pour des skieurs qui veullent skier tous la journee sans soucis! Merci aussie au agence de Maitenance, qui a fait un super travail.
