Great villa, wonderful location

We had a great experience being at the house, it’s so close to the beach we went for daily walks with the dogs. Everything was catered for by the hosts, communicating with them was easy and they accommodated us when we asked for a friteuse :-) Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in Le Touquet!

Wonderful Holiday

Lovely Pool

Very good communication from Marie, who was there to meet us. The swimming pool was lovely - very clean. It's about a 30 min walk right into the centre of town, 20mins to the outskirts.

A very enjoyable holiday

The pool is lovely, all the family had lots of fun in it. The house is nice with big rooms but no toilet in the bath rooms meant the two wc’s were in demand. We enjoyed the pictures around the house (a lot by Alain Godon) and the decor is very tasteful. Made for a very enjoyable holiday.

lovely setting and ideal position.

pool lovely but need to replace cover to hard to roll back took 4 of us . and decking also needs replacing very uneven. Down stairs shower also very tired. upstairs very nice but could do with toilet and bathroom to service 2 bedrooms on the right as up and down stairs. but would come again and really enjoyed the property

A great place for a family get-together

This is a large house with plenty of room. The upstairs is in two wings (one with bathroom, shower, etc,) and there is also a downstairs bedroom, with en suite facilities. We brought a dog and the close proximity to the the dunes (dogs are not allowed on the main Le Touquet beach) was a real bonus. We had a problem with gas supply to the hob, but a quick call to Marie Line had it fixed inside the hour. The pool was clean and of a useful size. I would definitely recommend this house, and hope that you all have as much fun as we did,

We enjoyed our time in this house. As others have said, it is spacious and has a lovely pool which is a generous size for a private house. There are a couple of cons but all in all it's a good house for a group: Pros:- big pool which is heated (not strongly, but fine for summer)- spacious living area and bedrooms- responsive host- well equipped kitchen - in a lovely area, easy cycle into the town centre along dedicated bike paths Cons:- bathrooms are tired, at least one shower tray was leaking and that bathroom smelled strongly of damp - there are only 2 toilets (one of which doesnt have a sink), and the plumbing for both of them isn't great, so there was often a smell.- the wooden decking around the pool isn't in great condition, and there is at least one area where the wood has splintered so kids need to watch out.

Bonjour,En quelques mots, une villa de bon standing, malheureusement avec un manque d’entretien.Réellement dommage que l’état de la maison soit restée dans les années 80.Heureusement, la piscine a fait le travail avec cette canicule et a rendu certainement plus agréable ces quelques jours.A vous de savoir comment vous envisagez vos quelques jours de congés de l’année.Résumé :Du bon et du mauvais(grâce à la canicule et la piscine ).

Très bon séjour

Bonne ballade dans le Touquet même si le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous. Mais nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée.

Når vejret er godt, er det svært ikke at være tilfreds med det meste - det var sådan vi havde det. Huset er dejligt, men trænger til en overhaling, poolen er rigtig fin og der er en dejlig stor ugenert have. Området er skønt. Jens

Les + : la piscine, le grand terrain, l'espace dans la maison, les équipements Les - : la maison est un peu "dans son jus", les murs sont fins et mal insonorisés, la maison sent le tabac froid

Séjour du 6 au 8 mai

Logement qui nécessiterait un gros rafraîchissement. Barbecue rouillé et percé. Le linge de maison sent le tabac froid. La vaisselle a nécessité d'être relavée entièrement. Beau jardin et belle piscine (même si 21 degrés n'est pas considéré comme piscine chauffée.....) Au vu du tarif demandé pour 2 nuit nous nous attendions à de bien meilleures prestations...... Nous avons été très déçus......

Xmas in Le touquet

Great house and great location for Xmas trip to Le Touquet. The hosts couldn’t do enough to help before and during our stay, they were excellent. The house was in good condition and the communal lounge and dining area worked very well for the family. Perfect location for walking the dog to the beach and on the dunes and only 5 mins drive into the centre of town. Definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison très bien située. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée qui est le grand point fort, très propre et très bien entretenue. Nous reviendrons volontiers!
