Majestic Sun A1105 Ideal 11th Floor location with amazing Water Views!!

Majestic Sun A1105 offers the perfect 11th floor location... A reserved parking space in the gated underbuilding owner's garage is included with every stay! A spacious king bedroom suites along with a queen bedroom / twin bunkbed suite allows up to 6 guests to sleep in the privacy of bedrooms! Two full bathrooms. Our condo offers spectacular unobstructed ocean views! Here's a summary by room of our condo's feautures...

Fantastic 11th floor location with luxury finishes and amazing water views! This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests in the privacy of bedrooms! Porcelain tile or wood style plank flooring throughout, there's not a stitch of carpet! A complimentary reserved parking space in the gated owners garage is included with your stay.

-The living and dining rooms feature comfortable seating for six guests, a 55 inch 4K streaming television and spectacular views of the gulf of mexico. A floor to ceiling mirrored wall in this area enhances the water views.

-The fully stocked kitchen has water views and features white cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances.

-Bedroom 1 is the master suite featuring a comfortable king bed, a private full bathroom, a wall mounted inch HD television, room darkening curtains and a walkin closet.

-Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, twin bunkbeds, a wall mounted flat screen television, and access to the semi private full bathroom, this second bathroom also serves as the main hallway bathroom.

-The hallway laundry center features a stacked clothes washer and dryer.

During beach season (3/1-10/31) we only offer weekly stays with a Saturday arrival. One parking permit (which may be used for the gated reserved parking space) is included with each weekly stay. Additional parking permits can be purchased after booking.

Majestic Sun is one of the few resort properties in the area that has an indoor heated swimming pool which transitions to an outdoor pool with waterfall and hot tubs. Majestic Sun is located within the gated resort of Seascape. We don't provide beach service or beach equipment, but guests may purchase daily beach service at the resort's beach from La Dolce Vita. In addition to beach service, Seascape Resort offers many for purchase amenities including on resort golfing, an amusement center, dining options, tennis courts, bike and scooter rentals, para sailing, jet ski and paddle board rentals.

Property was exactly as described. Location cannot be beat. Walking distance straight to the beach, small souvenir shop inside building and never any issues finding parking. We liked that there was security watching the pool area as well. As described, make sure you pack all living necessities including oil, spices, coffee filters, TP, etc. We planned ahead per the listing and had absolutely no issues! Great communication with host and simple instructions. We will be staying with host again.

Very nice condo with an amazing view. There are a few restaurants nearby along with shopping. Beautiful beach right across the street and water was great. The owner Mike made everything go flawlessly and was quick to respond to any questions. Condo came with utensils and pretty much everything you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent place to stay the Condo was very clean and accommodated my family very well. Check in process was smooth and simple. Good communication with the owners . The view was nice. Overall ok

We had no problem with the room and it satisfied our need just fine. We did have problems with the elevators though. Two out of three of them were broken throughout the week. My family actually got stuck in the elevator one day which led to them taking the stairs 11 flights everyday. Not only that, but the wait to go up and down was quite annoying because the were packed full.

Great time at majestic Sun

We were happy the minute we walked in the front door, due to easy instructions on arrival with maps from Mike. Owner of the condo, Mike checked in with us to make sure everything was fine on arrival and he assured us if we needed anything he would be available. Pool time was great time at the beach was great everything in the condo was clean and above average. Would definitely recommend this and will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Vacation

I can’t say enough great things about this place. We stayed for a week and it was such a magical vacation. We saw dolphins jumping almost daily from the condo. I walked for 7 miles on the beach one day and stopped by some restaurants along the way. I had a question that I texted Mike one day and he called me from his vacation to answer my question. I’m already looking into staying again.

Everything was great. Only wish they provided beach chairs, towels, wagon, small cooler and a few beach toys. For those traveling it would be nice to not have to pack those items.

This condo was perfect for our family. The whole unit was very accommodating for our family. The view from the balcony and the living area/kitchen are amazing and the beds were comfortable. Our family vacation could not have been better! The amazing weather combined with this property makes for an enjoyable relaxing time! Mike communicated with us throughout the rental process from payment to check out! Amenities were as stated and updated and adequate for our family. The private parking space was absolutely imperative with a senior adult and small children. We are originally from the west coast of Florida and now live in the Atlanta area. Over many years we have visited just about every Florida beach destination. The Majestic Sun at Miramar Beach is one of our favorite places to visit in Florida.

Why they chose this property

Majestic Sun is a wonderful high rise condominium situated within the gated golf and tennis community of Seascape Resort. It is a perfect destination for family vacations, beach weddings and honeymoons, and seasonal winter retirees. Majestic Sun has a very active and dedicated homeowner's association that keeps the common elements of the property in tip top shape. The location of Majestic Sun is centrally located between the many family activities and dining/shopping options to the west in nearby Destin or take a scenic drive along Highway 30A to the east to the wonderful beachfront towns of Watercolor, Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Majestic Sun is located on 'Scenic Highway' a beachfront road which offers 5+ miles of jogging or bike paths with views of the gulf and convenient access to beach front dining.
