Cozy house and great location

We rented this house for a week with our family and family friends over winter break. All together we had 9 of us, including 5 college kids. We skied Copper Mountain daily and it was easy to get to with a short drive. We also enjoyed the cute town of Frisco. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. We cooked every day and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. We played games, watched movies, and sat by the fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub each day. The garage was great for storing all the boots, skis, and snowboards. Unfortunately our cars were too big to actually park in the garage (Chevy Suburban and Toyota Tundra), but smaller cars would work. We got a lot of snow during our stay so scraping the cars every morning was really the only negative, however we expected we would need to do that anyway. The host was responsive and we didn’t have any issues. Lovely place and we would stay again. Thank you!

Excellent Ski House!

This property is clean, well-maintained and very well stocked with everything a large party needs. The free ski bus is so convenient, as is the location of the house generally. Ann and Heather are great to work with, too. Definitely a 5-star property!

Wonderful home near downtown Frisco!

My wife, adult son & daughter with two friends stayed over the holidays in this home and could not have had enjoyed it more. The house was easy to access, and communication with the owner was very good. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and more spacious than pictured. We have been to Frisco before and knew we would like the location...it did not disappoint! We will certainly plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Lovely Stay

We loved our stay in Frisco! The kitchen had all we needed to cook several meals, the hot tub was a welcome treat after a day on the slopes, and the beds were comfy! We made full use of the washer and dryer so we could pack less. Each room has a humidifier and space heater if you like to be warmer at night.

Great Place to Stay in Frisco

We absolutely loved our stay in Frisco. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Ann was very easy to work with and everything went smoothly. This property is ideally located, close to all the activities we enjoy like biking, hiking, and walking distance to downtown. The hot tub was an added bonus and we enjoyed relaxing after busy days outdoors. Great trip for our family and we will stay here again!

Great Home .... Great Stay

This home is in a great location to enjoy Main Street Frisco and the Bike Trails. We were able to walk to restaurants and even the Marina at the lake. The access to the bike trail is only a couple of blocks away. The home was comfortable and very well equipped. In short, a great home in a great location at a very reasonable price.

Host profile image
We have been visiting Frisco since the early 90's. Barry is retired and I am a CAFR Accountant at the State Controllers Office working in Carson City, the State Capital of Nevada. We love the Sierra Nevada mountains and live in Reno, NV.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Frisco the first time we stayed here. We love to hike, bike, ski, and cross country ski. Frisco has it all and we love all the events from BBQ Challenge to the Mt Royal Hill Climb! Every visit for us is a new adventure.

What makes this property unique

The views from the front porch of Mt Royal and the views from the bedrooms of Buffalo and Chief Mountains were what attracted us to this home. Every year we try and upgrade the place in some way to a home we want to come back to, we love the new kitchen as it makes us feel right at home!
