THE SPACE
Open-plan living room with comfortable seating area and 55" Smart TV offers unobstructed views to distant downtown Orlando. A dining area is just off the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you might need for a quick breakfast to dinner for 6. There is also additional seating at the bar so the cook can chat with family and friends.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 2 spacious king bedrooms with plush, pillow-top mattresses plus a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
