The EDEN project is located in the Gargano National Park, 3 km from Rodi Garganico and 600 metres from the sea, on a hill overlooking the adjacent citrus grove, which offers a unique panorama where the eye takes in the green of the pine trees, olive trees, and orange trees, until it reaches the endless blue of the sea. It has been fully renovated and is part of an historic building dating back to 1857 (during the summer months, it serves a different purpose. Even the owner lives there). This EDEN apartment is laid out as follows: a living room with a sofa bed and plenty of space, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and plenty of space in front of the apartment equipped with a seating area, an outdoor table, and chairs. The decor is very nice and the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities. For getting around, it is important to have a car or other means of transport. Cots are available at no extra cost. The price, as listed in the price list, does not include: water, electricity, and natural gas. MANDATORY DEPOSIT: €100.00 / €200.00.
