The 2010 building is called 'les terrasses de Guéliz' and offers a private and free swimming pool on the roof with a breathtaking view of the Atlas.
Bright and comfortable apartment, independent air conditioning in each room and with a large sunny terrace.

At the foot of the building, you will find restaurants, cafes, cinema, banks, market and you will be close to tourist centers 5 minutes from Place du 16 Novembre, 10 minutes from Place Jemma El Fna and the Koutoubia, 10 minutes from the Gardens Majorelle ... A parking space is allocated to you in the basement of the building.

A security team that is both available and discreet will give you a friendly welcome. WEEK-END possible

Séjour décevant

A notre arrivée personne pour nous accueillir, le gardien de l’immeuble tente de joindre la personne en charge de cela qui nous dit que les propriétaires de l’appartement ne l’a prévenu de notre arrivée seulement 30 min. Alors que nous avions réservé au moins 3 semaines/1 mois avant. La propreté laisse carrément à désirer, traces de doigts partout sur les meubles de la cuisine, salle de bains douteuse, meubles vétustes et j’en passe. Notre séjour nous laissera comme seuls bons souvenirs la gentillesse d’Adil (personne se chargeant de l’accueil) et son accueil chaleureux malgré la situation ainsi que celle du gardien de l’immeuble. Les propriétaires sont uniquement là pour encaisser sans se soucier du séjour de leurs clients.

Gros problème avec le voisinage, travaux le week-end, à aucun moment nous n avons pu nous reposer.

Appartement agréable question rapport qualité prix. Gros problème de propreté. Salle de bain vraiment très salle. Séjour agréable avec la télé et chaîne française. Dépannage pour 15 jours pour le travail. 5/10 pour la localisation dans guéliz.

L'intitulé ne correspond pas au service rendu

La photo du salon est attirante, le reste est mensonger. Nous avons apprécié le parking privé, la piscine, les espaces collectifs sont irréprochables. Mais pour ce qui concerne l'appartement, ni le luxe, ni le calme, ni le raffinement ne sont au rendez-vous. Nous étions deux pour une semaine nous avons eu deux serviettes de bains. Dans la salle de bains, la trigle du rideau de douche est tombée dès qu'on l'a touchée, la châsse d'eau est défectueuse, des plaque de carrelages sont à moitié arrachées au- dessus de la baignoire, les moulures couvertes de poussière, le rideau de douche d'une propreté douteuse. La terrasse est poussiéreuse. Le chauffe-eau à peine suffisant.L'appartement est prévu pour 5 mais nous n'avions que 5 ou 6 assiettes et 4 ou 5 fourchettes dépareillées, une seule casserole, pas de nappe, pas de torchons, 4 ou 5 petits verres. Il est annoncé un lave-vaisselle, il n'y en a pas, un grille-pain, il n'y en a pas, plusieurs ampoules sont grillées ( terrasse, salon notamment), les ampoules sont des basse-consommation, à nu, sans abat-jour.Pour le calme, nous avons pardonné quelques nuisances dues aux voisins du dessus, mais c'est du rdc que le tapage nocturne est venu, et cela, hélas, les propriétaire n'y peuvent rien. Pour conclure, l'appartement a du potentiel mais il est négligé. Les vacanciers seraient certainement prêts à payer plus cher si les services et la qualité annoncés étaient réels.
