Gorgeous oceanfront condo

Loved our gorgeous oceanfront condo. We had all we needed AND many places to walk to and explore. Loved falling asleep listening to the waves and watching the beautiful sunsets. We even saw some dolphins!

A beautiful property right on the ocean!

This is really a prize property inside and out. The inside is recently renovated, clean and spacious. The outside offers beautiful grounds for walking, easy access to the beach, a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. We absolutely loved our time here, especially listening to the waves while in bed at night. You won't regret any time you spend here!

Great escape in Solana Beach

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained, it is quiet and very clean. The beach was not crowded except for Saturday and Sunday, so we just went early on those days. The stairs to the beach could be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Wonderful Week

We really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet, clean, well stocked and a good location right near the stairs down to the beach and close to the parking spot. We loved the unobstructed ocean views. It was easy to find a spot on the sand at the bottom of the stairs right at the lifeguard station. We played tennis and didn't have to wait. It was a tad odd that the ping pong and pool required you bring your own paddles or sticks so we didn't play those. We used the air units a couple times and they worked great. We loved having a washer and dryer.

Overall I was disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental is AMAZING! However, the bathrooms were not clean, specifically the rugs in the bathrooms which were totally disgusting and I had to wash them to be able to use them. The blinds on the sliding glass door were so broken I was never able to close them for my entire week-long stay, which was a privacy concern. There was also an incident in the parking garage where someone was reviving their engine and peeling out so bad that neighbors were complaining about the smoke and smell. I really wanted to love this cute little place but it was just so dirty and upsetting.
