Imóvel bem localizado, zona da piscina agradável, de resto fraco. Jardim dessarumado e sujo, a casa cheirava a mofo e fossa nos dois wc, comando da tv nao funcionava, torradeira para guncionar tinhamos de estar com o dedo a carregar senao apagava botão. Nao cozinhamos pois minha esposa foi operada a poucos dias, e ainda por cima recebemos uma mensagem do da dona do imóvel a dizer que partimos a placa vitroceramica., quando só tomamos pequeno almoços. Portanto este imovel não recomendo, é pena pois está bem localizado a 500metros da praia da galé e do supermercado Apolónia.

Boa localização e com bom espaço exterior

Genericamente agradável, bem localizada, com tudo o que é habitualmente necessário, bom espaço exterior e envolvencia de vegetação. O r/c e 1º andar não estão ligados pelo interior. Prédio com alguma idade a precisar de remodelação.
