The Property
Casa Blanca is a small cluster of 5 villas just steps from the sandy, quiet end of
Tamarindo beach. The gated property is covered by trees and an abundance of large
tropical plants so that you can enjoy your own private oasis. All of Casa Blanca’s units
have direct access to the large common pool and deck area. A unique stone bridge that
arches over a corner of the pool connects the pool deck area with Casa Blanca #1’s
shady, private garden and parking spot.

You can’t beat this location. The quieter end of Tamarindo beach is just across the street (one minute walk), but the restaurants, bars, gym/yoga studios, and grocery stores in town can be accessed with just a short walk. It’s an ideal spot for surfers, nature lovers, and families who not only want to enjoy the tranquility of a tropical villa just steps away from one of the world’s most beautiful stretches of beach, but also enjoy the atmosphere and amenities of Tamarindo.

Tamarindo is just over an hour away from the Liberia Airport. You can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

The Property

Casa Blanca is a small cluster of 5 villas just steps from the sandy, quiet end of Tamarindo beach. The gated property is covered by trees and an abundance of large tropical plants so that you can enjoy your own private oasis. All of Casa Blanca’s units have direct access to the large common pool and deck area. A unique stone bridge that arches over a corner of the pool connects the pool deck area with Casa Blanca #1’s shady, private garden and parking spot.


The Villa
Inside the double glass doors, the open and airy living room offers a comfortable place to relax. While each room has air conditioning, the many screened windows and ceiling fans allow for tons of natural light and air to circulate throughout the villa so that you can enjoy a natural breeze if you choose not to depend on air conditioning. From the wooden beams to the eclectic collection of artwork on the walls, this beach bungalow will make you feel at home.

It is a charming villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms thoughtfully distributed across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom to the left of the entrance, featuring a comfortable king-size bed located next to the shared bathroom. Toward the back of the villa is the first guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a private suite with two single beds and its own bathroom, offering added privacy and comfort.


The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a refrigerator, gas oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee-maker, and blender, along with all of the other cooking and serving items needed for a pleasant experience. The patio also has a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Yes host was welcoming and the unti was clean - adjacent to street so busy street noise for some of night- and very bright security lights, which madethe rooms brighter for sleeping though staff helped disbale one of them near master which helped. Very good lcoation across from public beach path and close to town. Attic was listed as bedroom and was quite claustrophobic probably shouldnt be listed as bedroom rather bonus room- the property managers were responsive during week and helpful

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was right across the street from the home. It was close to the Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The house had lots of towels and our AC worked just great! The pool area was fun for the kids. They used it everyday we were there.

Fantastic location!

Loved the location, communication was top notch. Everything you need is in walking distance. Buying groceries was difficult as you’ll have bulky items, such as soda and water. Liquor. Hard to come by a taxi. What took us most by surprise was the amount of wild cats around our unit. Not being cat people and allergic we were taken a back. Lucky for us other people in the area were feeding the cats so they left us alone as our time went by. Noticed then they are everywhere you dine etc. obviously good for other issues they may be weeding out. Would stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice casita on the quiet stretch of the main road that connects langosta and tamarindo (just north of captian suzio hotel). its close enough to walk to tamarindo without being stuck there. quick and easy access to the beach via the public beach access steps from front gate. the property has a perimeter wall with one parking space inside the locking gate. the nighttime security guard made us feel very safe as well. the multiple A/C units and ceiling fans kept the entire casita very cold. the kitchen was fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. overall this is a great spot and I will definitely stay here again if/when im in the tamarindo/langosta area.

The owners nicely corrected an issue we had with the house so we were very happy at how attentive they were. The beach, as the ad says, is very close. About a minute walk and you're there. The staff on site (maid, gardener, security) were all absolutely excellent. As for Tamarindo itself some in our party loved it but others found it more built up than we were expecting. The dirt roads are a bit of a pain as with the wind everything ends up covered in dust.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casa Blanca #1 between April 6th and April 18th, overall we are very satisfied with our experience and we would recommend dealing with RPM Vacations any time, especially Lola who has been very helpful.Here is a bullet point type list of comments:- The RPM staff has been very professional in all aspects of our dealings, including the house rental and excursion purchase.- The villa was pretty much what we expected.- There were some ants in the house, I guess it's very difficult to not have any ants in the south.- The villa did not have any long chairs for the beach and that was dissapointing for those of us that wanted to spend some time on the beach.- The Kitchen was well equipped.- The beds were very comfortable.- The site was really nice and well taken care of.- The AC worked well.- We felt safe during our stay.- The location is very convenient, 15 minutes from Tamarindo.
