Our Beach House - Oceanfront in Waldport

Our Beach House is a completely remodeled and newly furnished ocean front home
that offers a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. The first floor has a wonderful open floor plan,
which is perfect for spending time with your friends, family, or guests.

The newly constructed deck is the perfect place to sit and relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the surf.
This home offers easy direct beach access from the yard to miles of sandy beach.

The house is centrally located between Florence and Newport, and just minutes from Waldport and historic Yachats,
where you can find a variety of restaurants, ocean activities and shopping pleasures.

Living Room: 60 inch Flat screen TV/DVD, wood-burning fireplace, beautiful ocean views.
Dining room: Dining table with seating for 4.
Kitchen: Open to living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining. Fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and more. Beautiful ocean views.
Bathroom 1: Shower only, double sink vanity, washer/dryer.

UPSTAIRS

Bedroom: Ocean front view, king pillow top bed, vanity, 40 inch Flat screen TV, and a dresser.

The beach house was awesome! Easy and private access to the beach. Less than a minute walk from the door to the sand! The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. We will stay here again for sure!

This house was even better than the pictures in the listing. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom) was more than enough room for us. The house was clean with extra blankets specifically for dogs, beautiful view and walk right down to the beach. We also enjoyed the deck with a small completely fenced yard with a small patch of grass. We also loved the location, easy drive to the grocery store in Waldport and quick drive to Newport to visit the aquarium. We will definitely be back.

Appreciated the clean, comfortable accommodations. Steps away from the beach with fantastic views. All kitchen needs were present and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great trip

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are nice and comfortable. The view is gorgeous and beach is quite. We have stayed before and will stay again, this home is one of our favorites.

Beach Getaway

Great location on the beach & in between lots of places to see along the coast. Daily beach walks were loved by us & our dogs. Beds are super comfy & the home had everything we needed! This was our second time renting this home & we will definately rent again.

Wonderful location and stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It’s unclear in the listing, but it has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths! Very well equipped kitchen, superb view and access to the beach! Nice fenced in area for pets if needed too. The house was clean and I would recommend this location to anyone! One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

Steps from the beach

This is a great place to stay. Not fancy but clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The views from the living room, deck, and upstairs bedrooms are amazing. You are only 22 stairs and 25 steps from a wonderful beach that goes for miles. We will definitely be staying here again!
